Our 1,500 square foot condo is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. The unit is located in Cancun's Hotel Zone at the Punta Cancun condominium development, directly between the Hotel Riu Cancun and the Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach. There are three pools, a spa, and a hot tub on site, as well as direct beach access and 24 hour security. It is located a block away from all the popular nightclubs and restaurants, but has its own private beach for those who feel like getting away from it all.
The 2 bedroom/2 full bath unit sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Additionally, we have an airbed that can accomodate two children in the living room, for a total of 4 adults and 2 children. This new, modern condo features all the comforts of home, including a full kitchen, washer and dryer, satellite television with 220 channels including multichannel HBO and Cinemax, wireless high-speed internet, telephone with unlimited calling to the United States, and modern, luxury furnishings. The condo directly across the street from Plaza Caracol, a shopping mall with a Starbucks, Haagen Dazs ice cream shop, Subway, beachwear and souvenir shops, and one of our favorite Italian restaurants anywhere, Casa Rolandi. We highly recommend walking over to Plaza Caracol one night for dinner at Casa Rolandi and dessert at Haagen Dazs afterward!

I am the CFO for a small company in Atlanta that services private aircraft, and my wife is a full-time mom to our children. Travel is our shared hobby, and we visit new places every chance we get.
Why the Owner Chose Punta Cancun
My wife and I chose to purchase here after watching the construction of the property over the course of several vacations to Cancun. The location is ideal, and we knew we would purchase a unit here when they were completed. It is a short, two-hour flight from our home in Atlanta, but it feels like we are a world away from our daily lives when we visit.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our beautiful condo is located in the heart of the Hotel Zone, directly across from Isla Mujeres. For this reason, it is one of the few truly swimmable beaches in Cancun. The water is usually much more calm in this area, which makes for a much more relaxing vacation for us. Additionally, the condo is a 3 minute walk to nearly all the exciting clubs and restaurants, so the location could not be any more perfect.
