The Living area offers a yellow, upholstered couch, matching yellow chair, a raspberry and white pinstriped chair & ottoman, and an armoire with TV, DVD and Bose CD player. The Dining area has a glass-top, bamboo based table and matching chairs. The well-equipped kitchen has upgraded appliances, granite counters, bar area with stools, and a desk area with shelves, drawers and internet access. The kitchen also provides access to a lovely, privately enclosed patio with a wrought-iron table, four chairs, and an electric grill.
The Lanai is screen and glass enclosed with a door leading out to the private dock. The Lanai furniture includes a soft-green, upholstered couch, two matching white canvas, cushioned rattan chairs and an ottoman. The Master Bedroom offers a queen-size bed, matching end tables, dresser, flat-screen TV, his and her walk-in closets and a private bath with new walk-in shower. The Guest Bedroom has a queen-size bed, end tables, dresser and bath with a renovated shower. The covered, reserved carport includes additional storage space for golf clubs, bikes, tennis racquets, etc.
As a resident at Park Shore Landings you will access to the private Park Shore Association Park and Beach with a 3.5 mile sidewalk along the beach to enjoy morning and evening walks and to watch the sunset. In addition, Park Shore Landings has a beautiful heated pool, hot tub, party room, gas grill and a fishing platform available to renters.

Why the Owner Chose Park Shore
The fantastic beaches, wonderful restaurants, golf, tennis, shopping and friendly people are just a few of the reasons why I chose Naples for my second home. I chose my condominium at Park Shore Drive because of the beautiful water views from the unit. I also appreciate the short walk to the beach as well as the restaurants and shopping at Venetian Villages.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Access to the private Park Shore Association Park and Beach provides the perfect place for morning walks on the 3.5 mile sidewalk along the beach. We often return to the beach to watch the beautiful sunsets. We also enjoy our private board dock - right outside our unit!
