BASEMENT with wood stove and fold away double bed.
MAIN LEVEL with fireplace in living room, kitchen, half bath, washer and dryer.
UPPER LEVEL contains three bedrooms - two with queen beds and the third with two singles, two bath rooms and spacious closets.
TOP FLOOR is a loft sunlit by large skylight. This is often chosen as a sleeping area by younger members of the family.
Firewood is provided, and television sets with cable are located in basement, living room and main bedroom. Electric heat is available throughout. Off street parking is available for two cars. Fairway Drive is plowed and walkway is shoveled.

Year Purchased: 1997
We visited Granliden for several years before being fortunate enough to find and buy this magnificent property with its breath-taking views. Cross country and down hill skiing were among our many activities until health concerns forced us to give these up. Five or six years ago we decided to make the place available to others still capable of enjoying these winter activities.
Why the Owner Chose Sunapee
The appeal of this property is its location - Two hours from Boston and Western Massachusetts, by major well maintained roads - the Sunapee area is beautiful and shopping and entertainment is available in nearby towns. Excellent restaurants are located in nearby New London, Dartmouth and other country sites.
