This property has a number of amenities. There is a large heated swimming pool and an outdoor Jacuzzi. The home is well landscaped, very private and quiet, with a large outdoor patio, an outdoor gazebo / dining area, several fruit trees, and is enclosed by a 6' high privacy fence.
We have beach chairs & umbrella, beach and pool towels, crocket for the back yard, a large BBQ, fishing equipment, bikes, and more. The house itself has two Bedrooms - each with Queen beds, night stands, tall dresser, closet, stereo and TV. The Master Bedroom also has a private bathroom, where the Guest Bedroom has a Bathroom between it and the Laundry area. The Kitchen is fully outfitted (double door frig, microwave, stove, dishwasher, blender, and so forth) with granite countertops and wood cabinets, including a front bar / counter area with 4 bar stools facing the Living Room.
The Dining Room is located next to a set of sliding glass doors overlooking the pool area. The Living Room has a sleeper sofa bed - Queen size for extra guests, kids, etc. The Office area has a library of books for the pool or the beach, free long distance service, high speed wireless internet service, and a desktop computer with a printer / copier / fax machine.
There are a total of four (4) TV's - one in each bedroom, one in the Game Room, and a large TV in the Living Room. The home has satellite Direct TV with numerous movie channels - HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, Starz, TCM, and more. The Game Room has a pool table, air hockey table, electronic darts, board games, a stereo and a TV. As for location, this vacation home is very close to the beaches. We even have a pontoon boat that you can rent for sight seeing, fishing, an island excursion - we have multiple routes / trips already planned that you can simply follow.
You can drive to the Island Beaches, Gulf-of-Mexico in 10 minutes or less. Plus it is also centrally located to numerous restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses, movie theatres, shopping, a bowling alley, and other attractions & entertainment nearby.

Weekly rates are as follows, there are NO security or pet deposit requirements.

May-Jul .. $650/week .. $2050/month
Aug-Nov .. $600/week .. $1850/month
Additional non-refundable cleaning fee of $75 and Local Taxes 11.5%.
Note: due to normal wear and tear on the property and amenities, certain
items May be in repair or under maintenance at any given point in time.
