I thouroughly enjoyed my stay in this home at least four different times. the home is not only beautiful,spotless, conducive to relaxation but is also a mood elevator with its gorgeous careribean colors. all appliances were i n working order. mayor highways and atttactions within easy reach. strongly recommend the caguas botanical gardens.All listing descriptions were true and the oner went over the edge in making herself available for our needs and more.She was very gracious and sincerely pleasant. i strongly recommend this property above all others.

My family and I have visited this home twice now and both times we were meet with such a comforting home felt welcome. She was a outstanding hostess who made herself available to all our needs to ensure a wonderful stay. My family and I wanted to enjoy a relaxing vocation and had found it in this home. The bedding was very comfortable and felt like heaven when laying for bed. The home was decorated beautifully. The wonderful colors welcomed the island sun. My sisters and I enjoyed many nearby social events as well. She was kind enough to offer us tour of the nearby social areas. She made our stay feel just like home. A enjoyable time indeed. I recommend a stay here to be the most comfortable , affording , and pleasant one.

I was looking for an inexpensive get-away. While searching on the internet I saw this location on www.homeaway.com and and fell in love with what I saw. The location was ideal, only 20 minutes from San Juan, it's beautiful beaches, restaurants and shops. I found the home to be neat and clean and the amenities promised were all intact. The house was comfortable and peaceful. We especially enjoyed our times on the patio in the early mornings and the beautiful Caribbean breeze at night. The city of Caguas, only minutes away, was quaint and filled with tourist attractions. Best of all, the price was reasonable without having to sacrifice on comfort. The owner was very sweet, making herself available to us, should we have any questions or need of anything. We have found our "return-to" vacation spot and have already recommended this location to several friends and relatives. Signed, Missing PR

House in Caguas

I stayed at this location twice and found the accommodations to be more than adequate. I traveled with my 86 y/old father and both times the owner made herself available to assist us with anything we needed to make our stay more comfortable. On a third visit, my sister traveled with my dad and they also stayed at the property. The owner was out of town and provided the services of her nephew to take my dad and sister to visit various relatives who live in the mountain regions. He, too, was personable, helpful and made the stay most pleasant. We plan to visit Puerto Rico again as long my dad is able to and will be staying at this property again.

The house leaked when it rained which was everyday. The bedroom a/c leaked so bad she put the electric plug in a garbage can. ANTS all over one bed. TV didn't work at all. For my first visit to PR this place was the worst. Said we could get refund in cash before we left but she gave us a check that couldn't be cashed in PR. She watched us coming and going. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Beds were comfortable but that's the only good thing about this place.
