Two balconies appointed with table and chairs. Sofa-bed sleeps 2 more. High-thread count cotton bed linens & towels, complete kitchen items, and beach gear are all provided. Plasma TV, cable (with CNN), DVD/CD, and free WiFi internet connection.
Excellent bistros, cafes and bars are all within 5-10 minutes walking. 15 minute walk to Juan les Pins for excellent nightlife. Local boulangeries, fromageries, and a natural/organic food store all in the neighborhood. Picasso museum is a short stroll away along the old walls & the famous daily Provençale market where you can purchase local food produce and handmade arts and crafts made in the Provençale style. Don't need car, there is free parking outside the building or you can choose secure parking in the garage for 40 Euros per week.

Great hiking trails to the lighthouse, great beach in front of our unit and several secluded beaches nearby. The unit is quiet with two exposures (east and west).
