Start your day with coffee and a paper on the large private rear patio overlooking the heated Pebble Tech pool as you plan the day’s activities at the areas many attractions. Get yourself ready in the designer master bathroom with marble, double sinks, huge shower and large soaking tub.
In the evening you can recover from your exertions with a relaxing soak in the Jacuzzi or dip in the pool as diner cooks on the outdoor barbeque. Or for something more formal, cook a wonderful meal in the fully appointed gourmet kitchen on top quality appliances, with plenty of room to work, as you overlook the great-room with its 60-inch television, the sunken bar, as well as the dining room.
On those beautiful desert nights you may want to open the 10 foot high sliders and open the living room up to the patio and pool, bringing the outside in and offering a perfect situation for entertaining larger groups of people.
When it’s all over, retire for a restful nights sleep to the lavishly appointed master suite, complete with two walk-in closets, king size ‘memory foam’ bed and direct access to the patio, pool and Jacuzzi.

My primary home in Denver, Colorado. After visiting the La Quinta area and wintering here several times with my wife, Marilyn, and experiencing the beautiful scenery and perfect winter weather, we knew this was a place we wanted to have a home.
Why the Owner Chose Palmilla
Golf is a real passion for me. There are so many great courses near-by that I can golf to my hearts content, all the while enjoying the fine restaurants, shopping and numerous other activities the area offers.
