The living room has a vaulted ceiling with a 47' flat screen TV, Bose entertainment system, wet bar, gas log fireplace and waterfront views of the 13th green and mountains. A perfect room for entertaining!
Master bedroom has a king bed and his & her closets with mirrored doors, a 32' flat screen TV as well as a private patio. The dual sink master bathroom has new tile flooring throughout with a bathtub/shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a large closet with mirrored doors and a 32' TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed. Secondary bathroom has a shower.
The patio is perfect for enjoying a sunset dinner or breakfast in the morning desert sun while watching the golfers try to navigate hole 13!!
PGA WEST INFO: PGA West has six courses, three are private (members only) and three are open to the public (Stadium, Nicklaus Tourney and Greg Norman). The Silver Rock Golf Course (public) is an Arnold Palmer designed course (owned and operated by the City of La Quinta) that is near the entrance to the PGA West entrance. It is in the rotation of the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic.
It is a short drive to the Tennis Garden, home of the Pacific Life Open. Minutes to all major retail stores and restaurants for the best shopping and dining in the Coachella Valley . We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into the condo! What a beautiful place to spend a week of golf and relaxation. Marie greeted us with a smile and warm welcome. The pictures were bang on! The condo was gorgeous..The location couldn't have been any better. Watching golfers on the 13th green and even being able to chat with them was fun and entertaining. The kitchen was well appointed. We would recommend anyone to stay here... the 3 bedrooms would be great for a couple of couples or family as the pool was right next door!!! Thanks again for a wonderful place to enjoy our holiday.Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

We've had the pure pleasure of staying at this newly remodeled condo four times now over the last three years. And we have already booked our vacation for next spring. Everything about the place was as promised. From large spacious light filled rooms beautifully furnished to flat screen tv's to new appliances, etc. The living room is very comfortable. Great for entertaining. We were able to have guests with ease. The kitchen is open and well equipped. We couldn't ask for a better location. It is right next to the neighborhood pool and from the back patio, we get to watch players on the 13th hole of the PGA West Stadium Course. It's a Par 3 with water and is very entertaining. The manager was extremely helpful with information concerning golf courses, restaurants and entertainment in the area. Printed information was also furnished with maps and price information to the courses, and restaurants, including some menus. We had everything we needed for our enjoyment.Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
