Just returned from a week at your condo. We enjoyed ourselves so much! It was just the perfect size for me, my husband and our 4 year old son. He really loved the bunk beds! There was everything we needed in the kitchen to cook several meals. The beach and ocean couldn't have been more beautiful. Thanks for being so easy to work with! We will surely rent again!

August Vacation

Thanks for allowing us to use your condo for our family vacation! My kids had a blast and loved the fact that they had two pools to pick from. The location was fantastic...it was close to so many things. We were initially nervous about the beach being across the street, but quickly found out how easy it was to get to/from the beach at any time. The crosswalks were great and people were so courteous and stopped when they saw someone at the crosswalk. The condo had a nice view from the balcony and it was perfect for us! Jack and Linda were incredibly nice and easy to work with!! The communication was great and always prompt, which was wonderful since this was our first experience with VRBO. This was our first trip to Destin and it was everything that people had told us.....absolutely gorgeous beaches. We will definitely be back! THANK YOU!

Great location away from the bigger crowds, Nice 3 story building with 2 pools, Both very clean and well kept, Very good charcoal grill set up with 3 grills and small work tables near pool so you can jump in between turning steaks. Unit was very clean and nicely decorated, beach access was easy, the outside shower on the way back very convenient. Decent view from balcony. I would definitley stay here again!

We stayed here for 5 days in June. We had a wonderful time. The condo had everything we needed. It was clean and well maintained. My boys loved all the beach toys. Jack was very helpful and answered every question I had. We hope to be able to stay here again next year!

great location

We really enjoyed our stay over Memorial Day weekend 2011. The condo was a very short walk to the beach and we had a nice view (the picture is exactly right) - and not all the units in this complex do have the view. We used the charcoal grill several times for lunch and went out to several different restaurants for dinner. It was very convenient to be within walking distance of more than one restaurant. I recommend Pompano Joes for a great beach vibe and we enjoyed Kenny D's - a little diner literally only a few minutes walk from the condo. The condo was clean, included beach chairs and towels that we made use of and in general was comfortable and inviting.

We stayed here last summer for 4th of July weekend and absolutely loved it. The location was great and the condo was stocked with all the beach gear we needed for us and the kids. I was sad to see it booked for our trip this year. Jack and Linda were great to work with.

Spring Break!

My family and I had a wonderful time in this condo over spring break. It was very clean and the owners were very nice and easy to work with. The condo is across from the beach and located in a wonderful spot. There were many restaurants within walking distance. I am a runner so I loved the walking/running path that stretched along the beach front. I loved waking up each morning to my ocean view from the balcany and then running on the path while listening to the waves. The room was very equiped with everything we needed and our three year old loved the hallway bunk beds! Overall, we had a great experience and this was an excellent place to stay!
