Our charming one bedroom condo at Gulfview II has everything for the perfect family beach outing. The unit is just a short two minute walk to 350 feet of beautiful deeded white sandy beach.
Our condo is a one bedroom queen, built in hallway bunk beds, a queen size sofa sleeper, one bath unit, with two TV's, a DVD player and a VHS player. There are also two beach chairs, an umbrella, and lots of beach towels and even a sand bucket for your use in your home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need.
The private balcony has a wonderful view of the gulf. A great place for your morning coffee. There are two pools (one heated), a hot tub, two charcoal BBQ grills and lush tropical landscaping for your enjoyment.
There are laundry rooms located on each of the three floors at Gulfview II, convenient to our unit.

Why the Owner Chose Gulfview
We really like this beautiful area. Lots of fun stuff to do: golf, shopping, entertainment, biking, beautiful beaches and ocean colors and sunsets! Wonderful restaurants. We enjoy the cooler weather of October and November, the smaller crowds, and no waiting at our favorite restaurants.

West-side vantage point is perfect for quiet morning ocean views and evening sunsets. A smaller complex that's less hectic with nice amenities.
