CONDO SPECIFICS: *****(5 Stars). This beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo is located on the fourth floor of The Springs. It is a top floor unit with vaulted ceilings and spectacular views of the ski slopes and mountains. The condo features all new mattresses, furnishings, slate floors and carpeting. There are 3 master bedrooms all with private bathrooms, one king and two queen sized beds, and flatscreen TVs. One of the master bedrooms also features a private balcony and jetted tub in the bathroom. The fourth bedroom will comfortably sleep 3 people with a full sized bed and twin bunk bed. This room also has a flatscreen TV. The fourth full bathroom is just across the hall. The spacious kitchen has all of the essentials you need to cook a meal away from home. There are four bar stools located at the kitchen bar. The spacious living room features a large flatscreen TV, gas fireplace, and spectacular mountain views. The dining room table will comfortably seat 8 people. The balcony has four chairs and two small tables, so you can enjoy the views from the spacious balcony.
VIEWS ***** (5 Stars) This condo features some of the best views of the ski slopes and gondola. Watch the skiers come down Dercum Mountain from the living room and the balcony.
PROXIMITY TO ACTIVITIES **** (5 Stars) The Springs is the closest building in Keystone to the new high speed, eight-person gondola. If you exit the condo from the balcony through the pool area, you can utilize the back gate and be at the gondola in 2 minutes. You are also approximately a 1-2 minute walk from excellent businesses including restaurants, shopping, bars, winter and summer sports rentals, and great people watching.
BUILDING QUALITY & AMENITIES *****(5 Stars) The Springs was completed in 2000 and is one of the more exclusive buildings in the resort. There are two high speed elevators that will take you to your condo from the access controlled, heated parking garage under the building. Laundry facilities are located on 2nd, 3rd, and 5th floors. You will also enjoy the spacious lobby with a large gas fireplace, sitting area, waterfall, game tables, and a pool table. Just off of the lobby, you will also find a play room for the kids, as well as a media room with stadium seating and a large flat screen TV. This building also features a heated pool with slide for the kids, wade pool for the little ones, 2 eight-person hot tubs, a fire pit, and a grill near the pool. The Springs also has its own fitness room & steam room on the first floor.

We deliver and setup the devices for you. iPad 2's are connected to all the Wi-Fi signals in the resort. So take it where you want and have FUN! Bring your own games or get them from us (only $2 per day).
