  A group of 7 stayed in this home from Oct 13 - Oct 19, 2012. The house was just as it appears in the photos, clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable and homey. We were about 10-15 minutes from Disney Theme Parks so it made the commute in and out of Disney great. Convenient to a grocery store, gas station, and even a McDonalds. It was wonderful to go explore Disney and come back to the quiet solitude of a home where you could swim, cook, sleep, do laundry, and relax. The booking of this home was smooth, the owner was prompt, check in was a breeze and checking out was easy. I highly recommend the stay here in this home. We found an absolutely great steak/seafood house called "Wildside" about 7 - 10 minutes away from the house. The steak was awesome! Overall.... it was just perfect.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  Our family of 7 stayed for 5 nights on our vacation and it wasn't long enough! The owner was very quick to respond to any email and answered many questions that I had, as I had never rented this way before. We were more than thrilled with the home and hated to leave. The photos actually don't do the home justice, and the bedding has been updated beautifully since these photos were taken. The house was very clean and all beds were comfortable. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed a final family swim on the last night. The home is very well maintained and very clean and we would recommend it to anyone. We would stay again next time, but for longer!!! Thanks for everything - can't say enough!

  I stayed in this beautiful vacation home with my family and my sister's family for our Disney vacation. The house was perfect for our needs......all 10 of us! There was plenty of room for the children who ranged in age from 4 to 11. The proximity to the Disney attractions and ease in finding them was excellent - it took us less than 15 minutes to get to any of the attractions! The house was clean, well priced and had absolutely everything we needed! Making the reservation, taking care of payment, obtaining directions and communicating with the owner could not have been easier. I recommend this home to anyone staying in the Orlando area!

  Hello Dave! I apologize for not responding sooner than this. It has been hectic for us since we came back from our Christmas vacation.   There were 10 of us, 5 adults and 5 children and the house couldn't have worked out better. When the kids weren't swimming they had plenty of space to play and loved the games in the garage. The house had everything we needed and was so clean and nice. Such a short drive to the Disney them parks and stores, it was awesome. When we got there I realized I didn't have the access information with us, I paniced since it was a Holdiay 1-1-13, I didn't think anyone was going to be reachable. I called the mangagement by phone and the contacted the owner via email, both responded within a couple minutes and got us in no problem. We definately want to rent this home next time we go down to Florida.

  Unfortunately, when we arrived at this place it was not being maintained well. Our feet became black within about two hours of walking around on the ceramic floor - it felt sticky. There was only one kitchen towel - with many warnings posted not to use bath linens for the kitchen. There were at least three light bulbs that were out - we had to go buy some since there were none of the right type in the closet. Didn't use the pool, so can't speak to that. Furniture in the living room and kitchen were fine, but the beds were uncomfortable beyond belief. I ended up sleeping on the couch after attempting the bed for two hours. The couch was much more comfortable and my 16 yo son slept on a love seat much too small for himself and he said it was more comfortable than his bed. While I was on the bed, I had to prop a pillow behind my back to keep from feeling like I was rolling off. It was not a good experience. We ended up leaving the next morning (moving 9 people is not an easy job) and taking my friend's offer to stay in her home - much better option! We contacted the owners and management company and they seemed to not believe our description and no offer was made to compensate us for only staying one third of our stay. At least it was a cheap deal - so I guess we learned that you get what you pay for. Also, our friend let us stay for free and her place was only 5 minutes from the main gate at Disney. This place was about 15 minutes to the main gate. I was very surprised to have such a bad experience considering all the good reviews. Maybe people don't expect comfortable beds and clean floors, but I certainly do.

Our house is managed very well and our management company has always been very responsive to any enquiries in the past. To make sure we keep the highest standards, we have just replaced all box springs and mattresses in the home. Dave

  Just a quick note, that we arrived yesterday and the house is just wonderful. My husband enjoys the area so much he started to talk about purchasing a small property for us in Florida. The pool is a delight, however, the neighbours seemed to be surprised that there are some "crazy" people still swimming at this time of the year. (LOL) .. lovely lady on the left hand side she introduced us to all "sun" .. Nath is still single... All the same we stayed in the pool for hours, until our skin like was all wrinkled and looked like an old prune. We also noticed that there are some sort of small geckos or lizards sharing the backyard with us. So cute! Lois, Dave, a great thank you, merci from all 3 of us Denis, Nathalie and Karin. <<Lois for some reason my mind placed the BIC report in distance space.....)>> ps: we were in the pool chatting and suddenly something brown appeared. At first we thought deer's in Florida "mais no" so we went closer, and sure enough there was Mommy cow with her two little one, reaching over the fence to feast on the neighbours bushes....!

  We spent 8 days at this house during our time in Orlando, and we really enjoyed our stay! It's extremely close to the Disney attractions, but when you return "home" you don't feel like you're in a tourist area! You're in a quiet neighborhood which makes it easy to relax. It's very close to I-4, so that makes it real easy to get anywhere you may want to go (other than the Orlando attractions, we also went to Busch Gardens). The house is very spacious, clean, and has all the amenities that you would want. The pool was very popular with the kids (and adults) and was well maintained. We will definitely try to stay here again when we return to Florida.
