Feel at home at our beautifully equipped home surrounded by conservation woodland, where you'll want to kick back and relax after a day of activities. Our home features a south facing screened heated pool, with child safety fence. A covered lanai with ceiling fan overlooks the pool and deck area. Need a break from the pool, head over to our games room with an air hockey table, foosball table, and electronic dart board. Inside, our house is professionally decorated and has central air conditioning. A high-chair and play pen ensure the house is safe and child friendly.

Of the 4 bedrooms, 2 are master suites with private baths. Suite 1 has a walk-in closet. There is a very well equipped kitchen and laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The dining area and the large great room has vaulted ceilings which gives our home a light and airy feel. The great room is equipped with a 42 inch LCD TV, stereo, DVD, video game system and wireless Internet. Each of the 4 bedrooms has cable TV and DVD player. There is also a floor mounted safe large enough for a laptop. An electronic door lock keypad makes easy entry to the house at any time of the day.
Our home is 3 minutes from Junction 28 of the I4 at the Champions gate exit. The nearest shops include a supermarket, pharmacist, coffee shop, fast food and petrol station. Champions Gate Golf Club is minutes away boasting three championship courses. Only minutes further, you have many shops and restaurants on the 192 highway.

Sandy Ridge is a newly built community that is 15 minutes from the major attractions. Sandy Ridge is a quiet, safe neighborhood, surrounded by conservation woodland, where you will enjoy spending time with friends and family. It feels like a country retreat because of the undeveloped area. There is a farmer’s field, fenced of course, where horses will wander around and peak over the fence to see what you are up to. It is just far enough away to get away from the excitement, after a busy day. There is also a children’s jungle gym within walking distance.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Not only do you enjoy the benefits of all the attractions in the Orlando area, you are within 1-1.5 hours of both coasts. Situated on the Golf coast, Tampa is a 1 hour drive and Melbourne Beach, on the East coast, is 1.5 hours away. Most mornings, we grab a coffee and walk over to the children's jungle gym and let the kids play while we relax in the morning sun before the heat of the day starts.
The kids will love this. Head here in the morning or after dinner.
A good sized factory outlet mall that you can complete in a couple of hours.

The listing description was as accurate as it could be. The photos reflected exactly what we had, except it was even better and cleaner then it seemed. Besides that, I had a few setbacks with the time of my flight and the owner was extremelly helpful and understanding in letting me stay a bit longer. There was a good supermarket nearby and it was fairly close to the main attractions. I would definitely recommend this house to everybody wanting to have a great and relaxing time with their family! In fact, I will be back soon enough!

Having stayed there in previous years we were aware of all the features of the house. We did notice the new porcelin floors which added to the overall amenities of the house. The photos were very good in illistrating the house. There were very good restaurants near by and we were also close to Disney and Universal, I will continue to recommend this property to my friends and family.

House was just as described and we had a terrific stay. Very clean. The owner is very responsive and timely in responses to queries. Drive to the parks is not very far, great place to come back to and relax. Definitely would recommend this home for a getaway, Disney vacation or plans to see other attractions in the vicinity, very accessible to main roads, shopping, etc.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. There were 8 of us that stayed (4 adults and 4 children) for 2 weeks in May - it felt like our home away from home. It had all of the amenities that we needed and was wheelchair accessible. The kids loved spending time in the pool and playing in the games room. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. We were only 20-30 minutes away from all that Orlando has to offer. The description and photos accurately describe the home. The property was clean and well-maintained and the owner was quick to answer any questions we had. I have already recommened this home to friends and will definitely stay again when we return to Orlando.

A hidden gem

We stayed in Jan and the house was perfect. Communication from owner was wonderful. The house was ready for us and everything in the house worked!!. The bedrooms were spacious for 2 families. The layout was great for adults and children. We had all the amenities of home. The house has been well taken care of. The beds were comfortable and the baths large enough for 2 people too use at the same time. I liked the idea of key-less entry. The location is nice as it's near shopping, groceries but away from all the hubbub of the theme park hotels. There are few restaurants at this highway exit. But Exit 62 (the next exit out) has plenty. I would recommend Manny's Chop House. Waits there can be 2 hours so call ahead. Weather was great for Jan. but still too cool to use the pool. This house is a hidden gem in the back of this subdivision. I would stay again in a heartbeat. I can recommend all the theme parks, Gatorland, the Pirates Dinner show, and if you like Broadway shows try the Forbidden Broadway show which pokes fun at the real shows. And 2 quiet little things for the evening at the Polynesian are the "Welcome to the Night" ceremony and the Electric Boat Parade. Both last about 10 minutes. Check the times at the desk. The Dole Whip in the cafe makes a nice treat while watching the parade.

The house and pool were in excellent condition. We enjoyed using the games room and were impressed with aTV in each room. We used the house as a base to play golf and see local attractions. Everything was within a 10 to 15 minutes drive. Dinner locations were plentiful and close by. I would certainly recommend this property to my family and friends. In fact, we are looking at booking it again in the new year.

Recently we stayed at this property near Orlando. The photo's of the property were very acturate. The property was well maintained . The owner was very helpful in answering all my questions concerning the property. We stayed there with our 3 grandchildren and daughter. The house is very nice and spaceous. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the pool and game room. It was nice being just a few miles away from the theme parks and having all the comfort of a house.

We stayed over July 4th for a week in your home and it was great! The home was clean and had plenty of room for our family of 8. We had only one problem while there with the vacuum cleaner not working and when we returned from lunch they had exchanged with a new one. Much closer to the parks than I expected and in a very nice area. Enjoyed our trip and our stay in your home! Thank you for your quick response to all my questions and for the use of your home!
