This was my family's first time renting a home for our vacation. We were very sceptical on the idea but at the end it turned out to be the best thing we ever done. This house was very beautiful and clean. My family and I really felt at home. We are planning our vacation again for next year and we will be renting this house again!!! Thanks Guys!!! Keep up the good work!!!

We try to make a trip to Florida every year, and have rented many houses, but found this home was one of the best. It was comfortable, clean and spacious. The photos provided on the website accurately reflected the appearance of the house. Most homes with three or four bedrooms only have two full bathrooms - it was very convenient to have the extra full bathroom. Next time we are in the Orlando area, we will definately consider renting this house again.

Ideal for the familly

The house is perfect for a big families or two families of 4. We spent 7 days at the house in early March with my two kids (2 and 4) and my parents. There is ample room for everyone. The master bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house both equipped with bathroom and shower. No invasion of privacy for adults. The house is well located, in a quiet community minutes from Disney, gold courses, Grapefruit league parks, other attractions, grocery stores and major highways. And when it is too warn to go out, you can simply enjoy the pool with the horses in the back ground. We had a great time. The house is perfect if you don't want to spend your entire Floridian stay at Disney. You get to really experience Florida. During our stay, we did a bit of everything: beaches (both coasts), disney, golf (thank you grand parents), air boar, baseball (thank you mothers), shopping and pool. This is a beautiful house, fully equipped... and the price is certainly right. We will go back to the house and we recommend it.

The listing for this home was very accurate and very easy to find from the Orlando Airport, Disney and other locations that we visited. This photos of this home were exactly as described and your new floors are beautiful. Amenities and appearance were excellent and the property was clean and well-maintained. This is a great location to visit all attractions (not even that far to go see a hockey game in Tampa one evening) Grandchildren had a ball, loved the pool (we all did) after coming home from a long day sight seeing. Would recommend this home to anyone and hope we will be able to visit and stay at this location again soon. Thank you again for letting us stay in your home.

Perfect House for your Disney/Florida vacation !

We stayed over Christmas for just about 10 days, we had three adults (two masters was awesome) and our two kids 17 and 10 so having the rooms and bathrooms was a must, the pool was the best way to end the day after the crowds at Disney. Location is outside of the chaos but close enough that nothing is more than a 15-20 minute drive with the grocery, pharmacy less than 5 mins away. We contacted the on-site rental staff for two occasions and they were very quick and responsive. House was very clean and had everything we needed, pics and description most accurate I have seen. Highly recommend to anyone with a large family. Will stay again when we return to Florida !

Golfing vacation

Having stayed there in previous years we were aware of all the features of the house. We did notice the new porcelin floors which added to the overall amenities of the house. The photos were very good in illistrating the house. There were very good restaurants near by and we were also close to Disney and Universal, I will continue to recommend this property to my friends and family.

House was just as described and we had a terrific stay. Very clean. The owner is very responsive and timely in responses to queries. Drive to the parks is not very far, great place to come back to and relax. Definitely would recommend this home for a getaway, Disney vacation or plans to see other attractions in the vicinity, very accessible to main roads, shopping, etc.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. There were 8 of us that stayed (4 adults and 4 children) for 2 weeks in May - it felt like our home away from home. It had all of the amenities that we needed and was wheelchair accessible. The kids loved spending time in the pool and playing in the games room. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. We were only 20-30 minutes away from all that Orlando has to offer. The description and photos accurately describe the home. The property was clean and well-maintained and the owner was quick to answer any questions we had. I have already recommened this home to friends and will definitely stay again when we return to Orlando.

A hidden gem

We stayed in Jan and the house was perfect. Communication from owner was wonderful. The house was ready for us and everything in the house worked!!. The bedrooms were spacious for 2 families. The layout was great for adults and children. We had all the amenities of home. The house has been well taken care of. The beds were comfortable and the baths large enough for 2 people too use at the same time. I liked the idea of key-less entry. The location is nice as it's near shopping, groceries but away from all the hubbub of the theme park hotels. There are few restaurants at this highway exit. But Exit 62 (the next exit out) has plenty. I would recommend Manny's Chop House. Waits there can be 2 hours so call ahead. Weather was great for Jan. but still too cool to use the pool. This house is a hidden gem in the back of this subdivision. I would stay again in a heartbeat. I can recommend all the theme parks, Gatorland, the Pirates Dinner show, and if you like Broadway shows try the Forbidden Broadway show which pokes fun at the real shows. And 2 quiet little things for the evening at the Polynesian are the "Welcome to the Night" ceremony and the Electric Boat Parade. Both last about 10 minutes. Check the times at the desk. The Dole Whip in the cafe makes a nice treat while watching the parade.

The listing description was as accurate as it could be. The photos reflected exactly what we had, except it was even better and cleaner then it seemed. Besides that, I had a few setbacks with the time of my flight and the owner was extremelly helpful and understanding in letting me stay a bit longer. There was a good supermarket nearby and it was fairly close to the main attractions. I would definitely recommend this house to everybody wanting to have a great and relaxing time with their family! In fact, I will be back soon enough!

The house and pool were in excellent condition. We enjoyed using the games room and were impressed with aTV in each room. We used the house as a base to play golf and see local attractions. Everything was within a 10 to 15 minutes drive. Dinner locations were plentiful and close by. I would certainly recommend this property to my family and friends. In fact, we are looking at booking it again in the new year.

Recently we stayed at this property near Orlando. The photo's of the property were very acturate. The property was well maintained . The owner was very helpful in answering all my questions concerning the property. We stayed there with our 3 grandchildren and daughter. The house is very nice and spaceous. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the pool and game room. It was nice being just a few miles away from the theme parks and having all the comfort of a house.

We stayed over July 4th for a week in your home and it was great! The home was clean and had plenty of room for our family of 8. We had only one problem while there with the vacuum cleaner not working and when we returned from lunch they had exchanged with a new one. Much closer to the parks than I expected and in a very nice area. Enjoyed our trip and our stay in your home! Thank you for your quick response to all my questions and for the use of your home!

This was a great home to stay in while on vacation. There was plenty of room for all of us and the kids enjoyed the pool. It was very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The home was very close to Disney World, which made driving back and forth very easy.

The house was outstanding and we couldn't have asked for more. It was in a great location that was very close to a lot of attractions and things to do. The house was very comfortable and relaxing, the pool was great also. We have traveled to many different states and stayed at numerous hotels and houses and this was by far one of the best. We had a great time here and would recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I been married almost 9 years and this was the first time that we were able to take a vacation since our children were born. This house was better than any hotel that we had ever stayed in. It is only a mile and a half from the closest grocery store and gas station. The private pool allowed us to go swimming anytime we wanted to and also to let our kids be in the pool and only about 5-6 feet from us while we sat poolside. To anyone looking for a true home away from home feeling, this is for you. We couldn't believe how spacious all 4 bedrooms were.

Wow, Lois, your house is so cute!! I love the yellow colour and the neighbourhood looks so friendly and peaceful. Yes, the pool is amazing!
