This condo has the best of both worlds. The property in located beach front and also has the bay right across the street. You are surrounded by water!
Although you will only get the sunrise from your unit, you will be able to enjoy the sunsets from the beachfront pool area. The pool area is well equipped with all you need to grill and enjoy the weather.
The condo was built in 1993 and refurnished with all new linens and towels in October of 2009. In May of 2010 the ceiling in the kitchen was redone with new lighting and all new stainless steel appliances were installed. New carpet was laid in the living room and bedrooms.
Located in Indian Rocks Beach you are a 50 minute drive away from Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo and the Florida Aquarium in downtown Tampa.
You are also about a 30 minute drive to downtown St. Petersburg with shopping and the Dali Museum as well as the Museum of Fine Arts. Ft. Desoto State Park at the tip of Pinellas County is also a 30 minute drive away.
In the vicinity of the condo are restaurants as well as shopping at John's Pass Village, under 8 miles away.
