This villa is new to the rental market and is waiting for you. The unit is very clean, newly decorated with beautiful hard wood floors, new artwork, new dishes, and bedding. It is a 1,600 sq ft three-story, three bedroom condo, in the Seascape Villas Regime in South Forest Beach, Hilton Head Island. It is directly across the street from the beach. A four minute walk along a beach access path leads you to the beautiful beach and the Atlantic Ocean. On the path to the beach is a private beach cabana with an outside shower, private restrooms and changing areas for the exclusive use of Seascape owners and their guests.
The Seascape Villas has two on-site swimming pools, one of which is just steps away from the back deck of the Villa. The grounds are naturally landscaped with lots of trees and bushes, shaded pathways for easy strolling, and several bridges over a lagoon that runs throughout the complex. Cascading water at several pond fountains attracts birds and other wildlife and adds to the private outdoor setting. It is a tropical paradise.
HHI has bike paths that run all over the island and one is directly in front of the complex, along South Forest Beach Drive. A short bike ride or walk will bring you to many nearby activities, such as shopping, miniature golf, bike rentals, tennis, a movie theater, Hilton Head's only Water Park is only a short 2 blocks away, and, of course, great restaurants.
Coligny Plaza is located just a 1/2 a mile away. It offers visitors 60 stores including apparel, gifts and specialties, accessories, bicycle rentals, services and offices, a pharmacy, a hardware store and ten kiosks. There are also 19 restaurants ranging from bakeries, sandwich shops and cafes to bar and grills and specialty restaurants. There is also a movie theatre that is open Monday through Saturday. Besides shopping, special events for all ages go on throughout the year.
HHI has more than twelve miles of beach, twenty four championship golf courses, 225 tennis courts, fifty miles of bike paths and nature trails, countless water sports and land-based activities, over 200 shops and outlets, and more than 250 restaurants. You can do as much as you want or just enjoy the beach with your toes in the sand.
While at our villa you will be provided with bath towels and bed linens equal to the maximum occupancy for the Villa (i.e. bath towels for seven (7) people and bed linens for five (5) beds). Additionally, a starter amount of toilet paper, sink and shower soaps, paper towels, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, and trash can liners are provided.
FREE WIRELESS INTERNET, so bring your laptop to stay connected anywhere in the villa during your stay.
Two of the Bedrooms and living room have Cable TV.
PS2 game console is in the villa with some games or bring your own games or rent games for the entire week from Blockbuster located only 2.5 miles away.

Location to the beach and shopping for everyone. Coligny Plaza has something for everyone. Our children spend all day in the surf and sand as we sit and watch with our toes in the sand. We love it!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The bike path is right there in front of the complex and are located safely off the road for the kids. I love to go for early morning walks, and switch it up between the beach and the path. For us it is all about the location to the beach.
