Located approximately 1 mile from the heart of downtown, this 1221 square foot home-away-from- home provides you with all the comforts of a fully furnished home, making your stay an extension of your own home. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, you will experience a peaceful, relaxing location to spend your vacation.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all the utensils, dishes, pots and pans to make meal preparation an ease, while a separate dining area allows for spacious dining.
The residence includes a central heating/cooling system which provides a comfortable year-round environment. This is important especially in the summer months when evaporative coolers fail to maintain a comfortable cooling temperature.
The residence has 3 bedrooms, all with queen sized beds and two with full closets. The bathroom includes a bathtub and shower. Inside, you can relax in the living room enjoying satellite television (Dish Network) which includes HD television in the living room, and a standard definition television in one bedroom (both independently controlled). The satellite television also includes Sirius radio channels. There is also an office which provides a writing desk and an area for reading or socializing. Wi-Fi internet service is conveniently located in the house. The three bedrooms and the living room are ceiling fan equipped.
Outside, the house has a fenced-in front yard for pets. The front yard also includes seating and an area to enjoy grilling on the provided gas grill. In the evening, you can sit outdoors and relax under the star-filled West Texas skies.
Although this is a non-smoking home, you are welcome to smoke outside and we ask that you please dispose of any butts in the outside trash bin.
We understand that when away from home, you want a care-free enjoyable vacation and we strive to make your stay as pleasant and perfect as possible.
Check-in time is 3pm or later; Check-out time is 12 noon (unless previous arrangements have been made with the manager)
