Fully remodeled in 2008, our clean, quiet, and relaxing home is located in beautiful Rotonda West. It is seated on a large lot with great neighbors and plenty of beautifully landscaped yard. Enjoy delicious fresh oranges from the large orange tree that is located right on the property.
Everything you need for a relaxing home away from home vacation including a private hot tub situated in a sun room which can offer both relaxing views of the canal or complete privacy if so desired. The home is furnished with all new clean bright tile, carpeting, wall coverings and new Floridian style furniture.
The Family/TV room features a large Plasma TV, VCR, and DVD Player for your entertainment. The sitting room is also fully furnished with a flat screen plasma TV with satellite access.
Our waterside home offers relaxation and gorgeous sunsets from the hot tub room. The private master suite includes a King bed, Plasma TV/DVD with satellite access, walk-in closet, and a private bath / shower. The Second bedroom offers a Queen bed and large closet and is located next to the second bath. A Washer and Dryer are also available for your use while you stay.
This is a very quiet and Clean neighborhood to truly relax and enjoy your vacation home. The villa is located near many restaurants for both casual and fine dining. Other amenities and attractions include grocery stores within 2 miles, video rentals, clothing, shopping, souvenirs, beaches, fishing, boat rentals, bike trails and movie theaters within 10 miles. The nearby park offers a large child playground, tennis courts, bike/walking paths, and a large pavilion and picnic area.
If you enjoy Golfing, there are many nearby courses to choose from (one of which is located directly across the street)
