Originally from San Francisco we moved to Southern California in 1995. Over the past few years we have been visiting the valley with friends and really fell in love with the atmosphere. Definitely a place to relax and enjoy life. The extra added bonus is that it is so close to Los Angeles.
Why the Owner Chose La Quinta Cove
We were spending so much time in the valley that it was finally time to purchase. Our family loves the numerous activities that are ideal for everyone's hobbies. Golf, hiking, swimming, spa, entertainment, relaxation. The valley has it all and we can't tell you enough about the wonderful weather. Beyond the hot days of the summer it is a beautiful dry climate that continues to motivate us in owning this great home. The location is very central to all things within the valley but it has been enlightening to find all the amenities that are available right here in the La Quinta cove. "The Gem of the Desert"
The Unique Benefits of this House
There are numerous benefits at this location. Old La Quinta is just walking distance and therefore it's very central to shopping and restaurants. By default in the valley you're never far from championship golf courses. The Robb Report named La Quinta "America's ultimate golfing destination". Ultimately it's the wonderful neighborhood and surrounding area that makes this such a great location. The property in itself is private. This is not a residence in a gated community and doesn't have the restrictions that come in most of those scenario's.

I am very picky when it comes to staying away from home. I found this house to be a home away from home. It was walking distance from the shopping mall. It was tastefully decorated, it has a warm and safe feel to it. I can honestly say I was impressed and will love to stay there again..
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

Just stayed for 2 weeks in this wonderful desert home. Everything imaginable is available in this HUGE home. Definitely laid out for big families or couples w/kids sharing a vacation home. Close to every convenience. The owners were great to deal with and were available for any needs we had. I would definitely recommend this house for your next high desert vacation. I know we will be coming back just as soon as we can.
