Originally from San Francisco we moved to Southern California in 1995. Over the past few years we have been visiting the valley with friends and really fell in love with the atmosphere. Definitely a place to relax and enjoy life. The extra added bonus is that it is so close to Los Angeles.
Why the Owner Chose La Quinta Cove
We were spending so much time in the valley that it was finally time to purchase. Our family loves the numerous activities that are ideal for everyone's hobbies. Golf, hiking, swimming, spa, entertainment, relaxation. The valley has it all and we can't tell you enough about the wonderful weather. Beyond the hot days of the summer it is a beautiful dry climate that continues to motivate us in owning this great home. The location is very central to all things within the valley but it has been enlightening to find all the amenities that are available right here in the La Quinta cove.
The Unique Benefits of this House
There are numerous benefits at this location. Old La Quinta is just walking distance and therefore it's very central to shopping and restaurants. By default in the valley you're never far from championship golf courses but ultimately it's the wonderful neighborhood and surrounding area that makes this such a great location. The property in itself is private. This not a residence in a gated community and doesn't have the restrictions that come in most of those scenario's.
