My husband and I spent the month of January, 2012 in this condo. We were very pleased with our experience there. The condo is clean and comfortable. The decor is contemporary and tasteful. We had a beautiful view of the bay and Bayside Park. We could see the cruise ships making their turns to go out to sea. There is a walking path along the bay to the park, shopping center and restaurants. The building is artistic, safe and includes all the amenities we required: two well equipped workout facilities, pool, hot tub, small store, free indoor parking. Just across the street is the free people mover that takes you around the downtown of Miami. The building is close to the causeway to Miami Beach. There is an upscale and very good restaurant in the building, and at least two others close by. The landlord is friendly and very responsive to our needs. He made us feel at home. We would return to this condo if we wanted to be in downtown Miami again.
