Our recently purchased, beautiful new 4 bed/3 bath villa with 2 master suites and all with direct access to its own private pool has just been fully upgraded. We have installed a brand new SPA, game room with activities for all ages, custom window treatments, brand new baby/toddler equipment including full sized crib, pack n play and highchair. All 4 bedrooms were upgraded with brand new plush bedding, pillows and decor for your maximum comfort.
Our newly upgraded home also offers cable TVs in all rooms, DVD player and CD player, high speed wireless internet, free national phone calls and alarm system for your enjoyable, convenient and safe stay.
The Ideal Villa is situated in the Mediterranean-styled guard gated community of High Grove, ideally located on the US 27 and just minutes from the Interstate 4 and the western end of the US 192. You will have easy access to all of Orlando's main traveling routes and attractions - Walt Disney World is less than 10 minutes away.

Why the Owner Chose Highgrove
This gated community is situated 6 miles, or less than 10 minutes by car from Disney's Magic Kingdom at the intersection of Highway 192 and Highway 27. There are numerous shops, supermarkets and restaurants within a mile including Super Wal- Mart within 1/4 mile. There are also many golf (see the note for Golf below) and fishing venues within a few miles.
With approximately 160 houses High Grove is small enough to retain a lovely community feel, yet big enough to offer the facilities you would expect from a first class resort.
Golf: If you are attending a golf vacation, you are close to some of the areas best Golf Courses. You will be close to so many great courses catering to every skill level! Polo Park East and West golf courses only 1 mile away, Champions Gate – 5-7 minutes, Highlands Reserve – 3-4 minutes (crossing Hwy 27, 1.7mile ), Legends at Orange Lake - 6 minutes, Ridgewood Lakes Golf Club - 11 minutes, Mystic Dunes - 15 minutes, Southern Dunes - 18 minutes, Celebration Golf Club - 18 minutes, Falcon's Fire Golf Club - 20 minutes, Diamondback Golf Club - 25 minutes.

The Villa was beautiful and we had a perfect location. The whole family, (7 in total with 1 pair of twins, boy and girl) we felt very comfortable, as the spaces were well wide to move easily. Actually, we enjoyed a week divine and pool with hot water was delicious. Definitely, a description of the town was well specified with a spotlessly clean, everything was in order and running, our relationship with Michelle, the owner was very professional and cordial. Undoubtedly confidently recommend it to both our friends and the whole family. All attractions and various restaurants had easy access. We had a great time during our stay in your home in December 2010. The location is great, about 10 minutes from Disney parks, and you can get mostly of what you want from the Super Walmart across street. The house is very clean with most cookware available. I'm so glad that we stay in your home so we can stay with our friends together and we all enjoyed it. I strongly recommend your home to other friends and families vacationing in the Orlando area.
