Enjoy Park CIty at our Luxurious mountain home. The condominium has been beautifully decorated with many personal touches. Relax after a day on the slopes enjoying famous Utah Powder in our Private Hot Tub with a great view of the town and the Mountain. Enjoy dinner in the Condo or at one of the many EXCELLENT restaurants that Park City has to offer-all just a short stroll away. After dinner, enjoy downtown Park City nightlife, or return to enjoy a quiet evening watching a movie with the Blue Ray DVD player and HDTV. The kids (and adults) can enjoy a Playstation video console and several games.
All will sleep in comfort in large, comfortable beds in the 3 bedrooms, and in the pull-out sofa in the living room. In the morning, enjoy a fresh cup of coffee while planning what mountain to conquer; the full kitchen will allow you to prepare a hearty breakfast to help you take on the day. After a full day of sun and snow, you will look forward to relaxing in the luxurious comfort of the condominium.
If you visit in the Summer, you will understand why the locals say that they came for the skiing, but stayed for the summer. Enjoy all that Park City has to offer from our convenient mountain condominium. We are located right on a paved path that takes you by foot, bike, or roller blade to Main Street, Kimball Junction, and beyond. Enjoy the day hiking in the mountains, mountain biking, shopping, attending one of many concerts in the park, or shopping Park City's many unique shops and stores.
No matter what season you visit Park City, our Condominium is centrally located to everything. After a full day of activity, you will have a luxurious place to relax and call home during your stay. There are no bad days in Park City!

Why the Owner Chose Town Pointe
We bought this condo due to its location and layout. It is perfect for our family. The location is very close to Salt Lake City (about 30 minutes by car), close to Town Lift (1 block), close to Main Street (1 block), and close to other ski areas (2 within 10 minutes, 4 others within 60 minutes). Park City Resort if perfect for skiing with family and friends, and Main Street has no limit to outstanding dining and shopping, not to mention people watching! Being 30 minutes from a major city, we are never far away from anything we may need. We have completely enjoyed it in the Winter, and have had incredible trips in the Summer and Fall.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
While staying at our condo, we obviously enjoy world class skiing. We spend much time together, whether in the hot tub, walking on Main Street, enjoying a great dinner, or just admiring the magnificent scenery. Further, the benefit of using Club Lespri means that we have a private work out facility and spa, as well as private restaurant and bar.

My family are avid skiers; I have been skiing since I was a teen, and my wife has been skiing since we met. Our kids have been skiing since they were able to walk. I have been blessed with a family that loves skiing as much as I do, and our ski trips are a time for us to reconnect as a family. I have skied all over the US west, and have found Utah to have great snow, great resorts, and very easy access. My family agrees that Utah is our favorite place to be.
