What an exquisitely cute house! Cozy and just perfect for our stay! The gas fireplace is perfect for after those long days of skiing! Who wants to build a fire when your exhausted? But if you do there is also a wood stove! More then enough to heat the whole house! The deck in the late afternoon is full of sunshine and wonderful to relax on! The beds were comfy and the house was clean:) Also rather secluded which was perfect for our dog! He loved running around the woods and not running into anyone! Except for the chipmunks;) We will definitely be renting this house again!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We had a great two-month stay at this ski chalet in Londonderry. The house matched the description exactly, it was clean and well-maintained, and the owner was very easy to work with. The location was ideal, roughly half way between Stratton and Okemo. There are some good local restaurants and nearby groceries and gas. We also loved the fact that there are trails for snowshoeing just steps from the door.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

This chalet was isolated, which is exactly what we were looking for. Everything I could think of was provided, which made it very convenient. Kari was delightful and very accommodating. The house was small, but comfortable for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Going east or west, all townspeople were very friendly and hospitable. I would stay here again! Thanks, Kari!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

I spent a weekend here last July, and I couldn't have possibly wished for a better experience. The chalet itself is clean, well appointed, unique, and remarkably spacious. The area in which it's nestled is just far enough from civilization that you feel liberated from the demands of the world, and yet it's just a few minutes' drive from shopping, food, etc. I used my trip as a composing retreat, and it served its purpose perfectly. I'm already planning return trips with friends and family, as the layout is well suited to larger groups as well. Also, the owner is an absolute joy to work with. I can't recommend this rental highly enough.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

My wife and I and our two-year old son stayed here for a few days as an escape from NYC. This house exceeded our expectations and then some. Perfectly secluded, this was just what the doctor ordered. It was so peaceful sitting on their beautiful porch, sipping coffee in the morning and having a drink at night. The house has everything you need so you don't have to worry about bringing a ton of supplies. Additionally, Kari and her husband Mike were so easy to deal with and made renting it seamless. They were so nice and laid back and yet very accommodating. I highly recommend this for couples or families looking to become one with nature yet still very accessible from a variety of urban locations such as NYC or Boston. We will definitely come back again in the not so distant future.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We stayed here with another family over a long weekend (so 4 adults and 4 kids) and had a great time! The place is clean, very cute, and well laid out for a rental. It's about a 20 minuted drive to Stratton (where we were skiing and riding) but only about 10 from Magic Mountain. The property is very wooded and beautiful - you really feel like you're in the middle of nowhere but you're pretty close to lots to do. The floorplan is open and the kitchen is functional and open to the living space which is nice too. There's a sleeping loft in addition to the 3 bedrooms so plenty of sleeping space. We'd come back and recommend it to others!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

My family and I recently spent the holiday week (Presidents Week) at this Chalet. The one word I could use to describe it is perfect! The house was very clean and well maintained. The modern comforts like wireless internet and digital cable were a plus, especially with kids. The location of the chalet is perfect. Its located on a large wooded lot with plenty of space, very quiet and only a few minutes from town. The best part about the location is you are literally minutes from great skiing at three different mountains, Magic, Bromley and Stratton and just a short drive to Okemo. The owner was great. Very easy to communicate with and went out of her way to make sure we were happy with our vacation. I really can't thank her enough for being so helpful. I would highly recommend this Chalet to anyone looking for the perfect Vermont getaway.Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers.

We had a great time! The house was clean, warm, & cozy with 2 fireplaces. The owner provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house is in a great location, right in the middle of 3 great ski resorts. We also enjoyed the beautiful walking trail that’s right outside the house. We would definitely stay again next year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners.
