The apartment is part of a modern villa set in the hills above Sorrento, in a tranquil and panoramic spot, and from here you can enjoy in a beautiful view of the bay of Naples. It has a private entrance, and from there you enter the panoramic terrace which also looks onto the swimming-pool which shared the owners who live in the other wing of the villa.The privacy is guaranteed.
The furnishings consist of antique furniture alternating tastefully with modern, comfortable pieces, and the villa is equipped with air-conditioning, heating, washing-machine,Internet Wi-fi TV SAT SKY ( international channels) and car-parking space.
Outside is well-organized with garden furniture and with a table for dining outside. The center of Sorrento is about 6 km away, and there you can go to the bathing establishments and hire deck-chairs and sun-shade.You can choose to get to the Positano beaches as well because from the hills of "Colli di Fontanelle" you soon come to the road that runs along the whole of the Amalfi Coast, with Positano about 8 km away.
Throughout the Sorrentine peninsula and the Amalfi Coast there are lots of famous restaurants and panoramic bars where you can have unforgettable experiences.We'll be huppy to suggest you.
The nearest Grocery shop,Minimarket,Tobacco shop,meat shop, is about 2 km away in the center of "Colli di Fontanelle",the car is reccomended.

Price includes Linen and towels, water,Internet Wi-Fi, gas and electricity.
Mandatory weekly cleaning euro 70 to be paid in cash at arrival, Not mandatory Air conditioned Euro 30 per week.
No others fees or taxes.
Check-in after 4.00 pm - check out before 10.00 am or by different arrangement.
To book the 25% has to be in advance by Bank transfer or credit card, Balance of 75% to be paid 60 days prior date of arrival.
Security deposit: Euro 200, 00 (paid locally by cash in € or in £ or $) at the time of arrival.
The security deposit will be refunded upon departure subject to any deductions for damage.
Upon arrival at the Villa the property owner will ask you to present a copy of your passport .

The location is excellent, mid way from Sorrento and Positano, 10-15 min driving from both village.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
The pool of course is the "Plus", although the view and the decoration, as the outside furniture, in general al the property is set on to enjoy a perfect and relaxing vacation in the area.
Really good value family Restaurant,lowest price in the area and excellent food!Reccomended.

We spent two weeks at Villa Alessia in the summer. The villa is set in lovely tranquil gardens with magnificent views of Sorrento and the Bay of Naples. A car is a necessity. The owners were very kind and helpful and happy to make equipment available to us including the use of a washing machine. During our stay we mostly had sole use of the private swimming pool, which was very welcome after a day sightseeing. Whilst the villa itself is very comfortable and clean it’s worth noting that the kitchen is very basic, we would however recommend this villa to our family and friends.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

We had really wonderful holidays at the Villa Alessia. The location was clean and well prepared with nice furniture, a beautiful garden, pool and sea view. The owner was a very helpful lady who brought us to her bakery and an absolutely amazing mozzarella store. We could ask her everything and one day she even brought us stuffed, fried zucchini flowers to taste. We spent an evening at the pizzeria Bettania at Piano di Sorrento which was one of the best restaurants in our life. The owner reccomended also recommended us other places and it was always good. We would advise everybody to rent a car because the villa is rather hidden but with the car can easily go to Sorrento. We can recommend Villa Alessio to all our friends and relatives.
