You’ll never run out of things to do in this lovely home! Your family will enjoy the recreation room that includes a ping pong table. Or simply relax on any of the large balconies while overlooking the turquoise waters or watching a beautiful sunset. Sleeps 12: 1 King, 3 Queens, 2 Twin Rollaways, 1 Queen Futon.

Ground floor: This area has the recreation room with a ping pong table, TV and queen futon. The washer and dryer are conveniently located here. There is also a queen bedroom with bath with direct access to the pool and back yard. Two roll away beds are available for children. Outside is a hot shower...great for after the beach.

Second floor: This floor has the living area plus a queen bedroom and bath. The great room includes a kitchen with eat in island, dining area with table that seats 8 and living area with a gas fireplace. There is also a large porch overlooking the gulf. There are outside steps to the pool from this level.

Third floor: The entire third floor has two large bedrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious with a seating area, gas fireplace, walk in closet, and large deck with beautiful gulf views.
The king master bath has a garden tub, shower and double sink.
The queen bedroom has a private bath with double sink and decks overlooking the pool with gulf views.
