This is a canal front home with davits for up to 22" boat. The dock is 45" long so it accommodates larger boats. This home is comfortable, large rooms. 2500 SF. It has two central AC units so you can control the temperature. Broadband included. We accept Paypal.
The dock is a couple of minutes to the open bay. Take the Tavernier Creek out and in an additional 20 minutes you are in open ocean. I like the bay area in front of the property because it is well protected an suitable for water sports.

This open bay view, CBS home is located at mile marker 93, in one of the Upper Keys most desirable neighborhoods, Sunset Acres. The property is located about hour from Miami International airport and about two hours from famous Key West. The Upper Keys is the sport fishing capital of the US and our backyard is the best flats fishing you can find. Your ocean access is minutes away to Tavernier Creek, for world class diving and snorkeling, on our reefs and wrecks. This spacious home features four large bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. There is a large den in the first floor. The kitchen is equipped as shown in the pictures. The home still feels like new. Come to our paradise, enjoy the bay breezes, and our Keys lifestyle!

We purchased this property in 1985, it had a mobile home, on 2002 we removed the mobile home and built a 3 story 4 bedroom home. We rent a few months a year.
