My husband and I lived in this house very happily before moving out to our other property in Estero where we run a horse rescue - as I said we were very happy in the Cape Coral house, great views from the balcony and back garden and lovely neighbors - very safe neighborhood
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Southwest
We already owned the house and because of starting our Horse Rescue we need to live at the rescue, hence the reason for putting this house up for rental
The Unique Benefits of this House
We enjoyed the quietness in the evenings and watching the boats going up and down on the canal during the days - also we enjoyed the hot tub on cooler evenings looking up at the stars, made a great way to unwind - it was also close to the grocery store and the facilities at Cape Harbor
