All new linens, towels, beach towels, dishes, cookware, flat screen wall mounted TV.
This unit is tastefully decorated with antiques and collectables and is very comfortable for the 2 of you. There is an onsite laundry room and a large beautiful swimming pool just outside your door.
You are just steps from the private entrance of beautiful Golden Beach where you can dig for prehistoric shark teeth or just wait for the tide to bring them to you! There are 2 nice gazebos with benches for your comfort while watching the sunset over the ocean. You are within walking distance to historic downtown Venice that offers wonderful upscale specialty shops with many restaurants for your dining pleasure. Situated in the center of all this excitement is a lovely park with a large gazebo that offers many types of free concerts and other entertainment throughout the year. There are several churchs so I am sure you will find the one where you feel "just like home".
While you are here, don't forget to visit Sarasota where you will find the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Myakka State park, Manatee Park and a monthly antique show in nearby Arcadia! The Prime Outlet Mall is just a few miles north in Ellenton. There are lots of deep sea fishing charters in the area also.

Year Purchased: 2009
My husband and I visited Venice Florida about 5 years ago and have been going back every year since. We are both retired and decided the best thing to do was buy a small unit where we could spend a couple of months each year and get away from the snow and ice that we get here in Ohio. We have traveled to every state and a few countries, but like Florida best.
Why the Owner Chose Venice Villas
This city is still "old Florida" with no cheap souvenir shops. The people are friendly and the weather is wonderful.
The Unique Benefits of this Efficiency
It's very relaxing and yet there are lots of activities close by. You can spend the days just relaxing on the beach or shopping in the upscale specialty shops. Lots of nice eateries also. The hospitals here are top notch. Venice has a nice library, Venice Theatre and lots of educational and entertainment venues also.
