Wilmer and Neddy Mitchell are long time Pensacola residents. Wilmer is a semi retired attorney and he and his wife and seven children (plus spouses) own the New Orleans style entertainment and dining establishment known as Seville Quarter in downtown Pensacola. Nine rooms of entertainment and fun since l967. The Mitchell's love their home away from home. A true vacation resort just minutes away.

We bought Unit 950 in the Emerald Dolphin because of the location, the design and the many amenities it offered. Three bedrooms, three full baths, exercise room, beautiful pool and hot tub plus the wrap around balconies offering magnificent views of the Gulf, the Sound, Gulf Breeze and Pensacola make this the best condominium on Pensacola Beach.
