  I stayed from end of 2011 for 45 days. I am from West Europe and I chose this apartment because I do not know Texas and USA, I thought that I would have no bad surprise about the apartment and the owner. And everything went as expected. The apartment is as described in the description, is clean, nice, but very quiet, all the utilities I needed. There is a little sensitive and pleasant touch to make the apartment pleasant in the decoration and the choice of book left. A supermarket (Randalls) is walking distance. I personally enjoyed my stay as well as it was very convenient location: Galleria end of the year and I could take buses straight to my office, buses were extremely reliable. Jenifer was always reachable or otherwise returned my call quickly to assist me kindly or even to help me about finding my way in Houston. I do not see any bad point, really. If I have to say anything in this area, this would only be about a few little tips to improve the existing setting. Such as to type a note and send a file about the keys, code, location nearby supermarket … this may help for the first days. This being said, there is a nice travel guide about Houston, in the apartment. So, I do recommend warmly the apartment, without any hesitation.

  Perfect Location! We especially love being by the Galleria! The Building is very well kept and has nightly security so we felt very safe. The place has all the amenities and more, all you need to bring is your wardrobe. I highly recommend this place. We will be back again in 2012!

  I am a fussy guest, but I would unhesitatingly recommend this property to anyone. The location is unbeatable, the apartment cozy and comfortable, the owner always reachable to answer questions. My husband and I both loved the access to shopping, gym, Memorial Park and friends close by. The apartment was clean and well furnished. It was great having the washer/dryer. Everything you need is supplied. It was quiet and looked exactly like the photo. We would not only stay again, but have already requested availability for early 2012.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+.

  I stayed at the Condo for 5 nights in May. The condo is in an excellent location next to the Galleria which is walking distance to some nice restaurants. I had a few issues with the condo upon arriving I had a hard time getting the key out of the lock box to get the key to the condo. I received the wrong code to get into the front door. Unfortunately, it was late I had to wait for someone to come in the front door to help me. The water had too much chorine in it you couldn't drink the water or make coffee for the morning. I would suggest bringing in bottled water. There was no iron to be found anywhere I ended up putting my clothes in the dryer to get the wrinkles out. The pictures online are much better than the unit itself the decorations and furniture are a bit tacky. Coming from Seattle I was excited to go outside to get some sun I found the balcony dirty and uninviting. On a positive note I found the building to be very secure.

  Owner response: Dear guest, Due to the high level of safety in the building, the codes are often changed. I encourage all guest to call or text me any time they are need of something. I give all guest my personal cell number for this reason. We try to maintain the most up to date lock codes for the building, but we are human. Also, we have an onsite manager at the building from 9-5pm should you encounter any problems. As for the City of Houston's drinking water quality, that is out of my control. I travel extensively every week and always bring my own water, food and even coffee. I advise all guest to bring what makes them feel like they are at home. There is a very nice steam iron, with a gallon of distilled water on the top shelf of the kitchen storage closet. The ironing board is conveniently located next to the dryer for your use. With regard to furnishings, this is a rental unit and unlike hotels, this is also a home. As we all have different taste, part of traveling is embracing what is different and diverse with our surroundings. For an outdoors person, Houston has one of the largest urban parks in the United States. Memorial Park is less than 3 miles from the condo. Its a great escape from the busy city atmosphere of the Galleria. There is also a fantastic pool and garden area in the building which is a more quiet space than the patio can be. I encourage for all my guest to give me their feedback and opinions, as I strive to make necessary changes that allow for a better guest experience. Although this particular stay can not be changed, I know future guest will be better served with your information provided.   Very comfortable condo. Location is great. Being 1 block from the Galleria and restaurants,you can actually walk and avoid traffic and parking. The secured covered parking was very nice, especially arriving late at night. The building is very quiet and has a lovely garden-pool area. We were impressed on how quiet it was in the unit. Easy access to traveling around Houston, since the building is close to the 610 Loop and the 59 freeway.Nice kitchen, well equipped, and the washer/dryer in the unit is a plus. Nice size bathroom and walk in closet. Great for a week or long term stay Will definitely re-book again.
