No reservation is held until the $300 security fee and 1/3 of the booking fee is
received. The balance is due in 30 days prior to checking in. The security fee
is 100% refundable after the rental term is completed and the property is left
undamaged. If the renter cannot appear as scheduled, but gives at least 30 days
notice the deposit is 100% refundable.
