Why the Owner Chose South Zone
We love Puerto Vallarta and in particular the South Shore as it is lush, tropical and more scenic with the Sierra Madre mountains in the background. The beaches and water are cleaner year round compared to the North Shore because rain waters (May - Oct) are cascading down rocky streams compared to the soil runoff on the North Shore. We like the convenience to the beautiful Old Town of Vallarta and we chose this particular project because of the quality building standards, the resort amenities and the beautiful beach.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
All of the units within Garza Blanca Preserve are fantastic. However, our 5th Floor unit offers better views. Starting at the 5th level, the balconies are more open with fewer columns and are divided by an extended privacy ledge/flower garden from the units below the 5th level. Also, starting at the 5th level, the hot tub on the terrace is open to a spectacular view of the the tropical jungle whereas lower units face a wall.
