Set on a 1½-acre parcel, the home is surrounded by mature oak, madrone, and olive trees. Perched in the eastern hills of the Ukiah valley, our home has breathtaking views of the orchards, vineyards, and the town of Ukiah. You can even catch a glimpse of the Russian River through the trees lining the river.
There are great views from nearly all the rooms. The home features hardwood floors in the living room, dining room, and one bedroom. There are floor to ceiling windows in the living room and it is difficult to decide whether to enjoy the view, the wood stove, or the HD flat screen TV.
The home has an office with high speed internet service (both wired and wireless access). Other amenities include a sun-room with a unique hand-crafted, stone wall. A small wine cellar is built into the side of the hill. There are iPod/iPhone/MP3 players in the kitchen and master bedroom.
