Kurt Rowland and Arlynne Marleau own this property together. We have relocated from smithers and presently reside in prince george bc.We frequently return to this cottage and are always amazed with the natural beauty of this setting,surrounded by water and a spectacular view of hudson bay mountain make this a one of a kind location.

We decided to make this a vacation rental because of its special location.

Its a very private place and like being on an island yet is very close to town and ski hill, fishing, hiking, kayaking, etc.
