  Description and Pictures don't cover everything. The view is outstanding day and night. One minute walk to clam dig right in front of condo. Fifteen minute walk to beach.and south jetty. Kitchen was full of everything one could ask for to cook, spice cupboard just like home. The house was spotless, and did not show wear and tear like many rentals. I will stay again and recomend to others. Quiet location day and night

  We had a wonderful spring vacation in this townhouse. The rental was clean and spacious, with plenty of room for our family of four to spread out and relax. Rental was hassle-free. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We appreciated having comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, wireless internet and BBQ available. The view really is amazing - lots of boats, birds, and seals to spy in the bay. We borrowed the bikes and cruised down to the pier to try our luck at crabbing. Very fun! Also visited the Rogue Brewery, Oregon Coast Aquarium and Hatfield Marine Center - all nearby the rental. Fantastic beaches are just a short drive away. Be sure to visit Yaquina Head. The tide pools are awesome for kids! Also, check out Nana's Irish Pub at Nye Beach - the chicken pot pie is heavenly!

  I recently stayed at Puente Vista with my wife, my brother, and his wife, and we had a great time. The location of the house was prefect for exploring the south side of the bay. It's (very short) walking distance to Rogue Brewery and to the public fishing pier. For a bit of a longer walk, it is definitely possible to head over the bridge to check out the shopping area, to grab some lunch, or to explore the Yaquina lighthouse. If you don't feel like walking, it's an extremely short drive to get there. Inside the house, the furniture was clean and comfortable. Downstairs there is a laundry room, and a nice bedroom located closely to a bathroom. The garage is very open so you can get in and out of your car even on a rainy day. Upstairs there is nice master suite, and a common area that is ideal for socializing and relaxing. The kitchen opens up to the living room and allows everybody to hang out in the same room while cooking or playing games or just watching a movie. The whole common area overlooks the bay with a spectacular view of the bridge (see pictures). The kitchen was well equiped with pots and pans, a coffee pot, toaster, microwave, etc. There was also some spices and tea available. I would highly recommend this location for two couples or for a family. I would definitely stay here again.

  We came as a family trip, My mom (82) with terminal cancer, my brother and my 2 sisters. My mom said it was THE Nicest place she has ever stayed in! It is beautiful! We had good weather for the most part, its close to everything, we got in lots of walks & site seeing right outside our front door. My mom wasn't able to get out but thoroughly enjoyed the view and the warmth of the gas fireplace. We love the idea of having all the fees included in the one flat price rental fee. We would have loved to have stayed longer. We felt stupid but did finally somewhat master the remote controlled blinds, lol! We can't think of anything bad to say about this place except we would have liked to have been able to get in alittle earlier then 4pm and check out later then 11am, but I guess we can't have everything! Haha! Thanks Jeff you were great to work with & we definitely hope to be able to bring my mom back soon.

  I have the opportunity to travel and enjoy staying @ VRBOs. 95% of my stays have been very good. My review of this facility is the very best "EVER"! Most owners feel their venue is best; however, there is no doubt this is the "Very Best"! As guests we expect honest representation and I can assure future guests that you will be "Overly Impressed". As another's famous quote: "I WILL BE BACK"!!! Thanks Jeff for the awesome condo!

  We enjoyed our stay at Puente Vista. Very clean, and kept up. Great place to hang out in between outings. Walked to Rogue Brewery. Nice view.

  This is one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. It is beautiful, clean, newly renovated and stocked with everything we needed. Truly, we have never felt so welcomed and cared for. Plus the location and views of the bridge are fantastic.
