Why the Owner Chose Newport
When we learned about the construction of this project, we knew it was right for us. It is such a unique property (with it's magnificent views) that we discussed moving into it as our primary residence. Instead, we made what we know is a good investment and purchased it as a vacation rental. It also gives us our own little getaway from the view we currently enjoy on the Siletz river. We have many friends, family and business associates that wanted, as well as needed, a vacation rental in Newport. Fortunately for us, we had an immediate head start on clientele.
