Our cozy, charming house sits just 9 houses from the pristine beaches of Surf City, and just a short stroll away from the landmark Surf City Hotel and Restaurant. Take a walk up one block to get your morning paper, and smell the sweet scent of pastries at the bakery. Or, if you’re feeling like a night of relaxing “kid” fun, grab an ice cream cone from one of two parlors one block away, and then play a round of miniature golf. It’s all here, at our beautiful home waiting for you to sit back and relax! Added benefits include 4 beach badges, and collapsible cribs for the little ones, should you need one ... no need to rent one. Additionally, there is a large fenced in back yard with clothes line, and outdoor shower.
We have lovingly decorated our home to make it comfortable. Unwind and sit comfortably on either the front porch, patio area or deck. The family room has a comfortable seating area featuring love seats and sofas, and a wall air conditioner. There is a large TV with DVD player and satellite hook up with over 250 channels.
The bright, eat in kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you need to make your stay even better. There are two comfortable bedrooms, brightly painted, each featuring window air conditioners. The first floor has one bedroom with a single twin bed, as well as twin bunk beds, and a TV with satellite hook up. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, large closet, and plenty of drawer space!
The clean, freshly painted bathroom has shower-stall and deep tub.

My husband and I have been vacationing on Long Beach Island for the past 30 years. Our children have spent many summers splashing in the water on the beaches, and we love it here! Now that our children are grown, and have children of their own, we all still vacation together on Long Beach Island, it's a great place for families!

Owning a home on Long Beach Island, especially Surf City, has been a longtime dream for us, and it's finally come true! We were lucky enough to find a home that met ALL of our families needs, and all of the conveniences of a home away from home. It's a wonderful place to spend time with your family, building memories for years to come. We welcome you and are delighted at the thought of helping you build your memories here in Surf City! We are especially happy to host many repeat guests who share our love for the beach!

Our house is a short walk to the beach (9 houses down) and a short drive to Fantasy Island and other Beach Haven amenities. We include 4 beach badges per unit for the local Surf City beach. Easy access to the Causeway, close to the Surf City Library that features FREE Wi-Fi Internet Connection. Stroll up the block to pick up the morning paper (NY, NJ and Philadelphia papers), grab a coffee and a muffin, and relax on either the deck, front porch or patio.
