Incredible home and close to Camp Creek and Shark's Tooth

I thought I posted this shortly after our weekend stay, but this house is amazing in every way. We had an impromptu golf trip in February and were fortunate enough to find this amazing home available for the three nights that we were traveling to FL. The owner was incredibly accommodating, and again, the house was incredible. There was more than enough room for everyone in our group and the location was perfectly situated near the airport and golf courses that we played. I hope that we will be fortunate enough to stay there again, and I cannot emphasize how nice and accommodating this house was for a fairly large group of adults. Thank you and hope to stay there again.

Best Home in Watersound

This home is amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. I have stayed in a few homes in watersound and this by far is the best. The views are amazing the rooms take advantage of the breathtaking views. The home has a golf cart and HUGE pool and a ton of bikes. If you want the best this is the home for you. The owner Ross is great to work with as well.

We have just returned from a wonderful week at this amazing home. We have stayed in many fine homes, but this is my far the best. It was so clean, great amenties, the 2 dishwashers were fabulous for our large family, beds were very high quality, and the view and location are the finest in Watersound. Ross was so professional to work with and tended to every need. The golf cart, kayaks and bikes were so nice. The heated pool with the fountain and colorful lights was a great place to enjoy the vacation. We had a builder and engineer with us and they were so impressed with the workmanship and quality of this home. Ross, thanks again and we will rent from you in the future!

Amazing Beach House + Wonderful community = Perfect Family Vacation Spot! Calming, Peaceful & Private. You won't find a better place to escape & relax. Beautiful views & lots of room make this house a retreat. Spotless, Perfectly maintained & well equipped with everything you need to enjoy Watersound beach! We especially loved not having the hassle of golf cart & bike rental. As a trained chef I enjoyed the high end kitchen appliances. And my father, a contractor actually complemented the construction of the house. The owner was very helpful and a joy to do business with. I highly recommend renting from him.

Great Experience at Watersound...

This is one amazing house. The location directly on the lake with views of the gulf could not be better. The salt water pool is located on the side of the house that faces a marsh-like area (no other houses) which makes for a very private space to hang out when not at the beach or at night. The beach access is made easy by the golf cart and bikes that are provided. I would say about a 3 min golf cart ride and about another 3 min walk down the winding bridges that go over the dunes to get to the beach. It probably takes a little longer if hauling coolers, beach bags, etc. but by no means was it a burden. The house has absolutely everything you would need to enjoy a vacation. The wireless internet worked perfectly, all of the stereo equipment/tvs etc. was top notch and easy to use as well. The blu-ray players and ipod hook-ups were nice features. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook just about any meal. All dishes, utensils, glasses, and appliances were there and more. There was nothing that we needed that wasn't there. The house has been decorated very nicely with quality furniture and VERY comfortbale beds. This is very much a 5-star stay. We had three couples in our group w/ no children but this house would be fantastic for families as well. The owners obivously have kids and they made their house very child-friendly. We would definitely stay here again as a group but would also come back with our own families as well.

A 5 star resort without the leaving the rental!

My family had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful beach house June 26 - July 4, 2010. The pictures and description had us so excited to start our vacation, however, they didn't do the house justice. It is so much more than what is described. From the private pool area, gorgeous views and numerous balconies and porches we were thrilled. Everything needed is provided and much more. My family has been vacationing in the Destin and Panama City area for over 40 years and this was by far the best area and place we have ever stayed at. As far as the owner, he was excellent in filling all of your request. Everything from the location, bikes, golf cart, amenties, decor and furnishings reminded me of a 5 star resort, just without the crowds or without leaving the yard !!!!!!!!!!!!
