Built in 2007 this 3 level home features the entire top floor a great room with the exception of one of the baths, with panoramic views of Netarts Bay, the Pacific Ocean and Cape Lookout. The gourmet kitchen has smooth cooktop, convection oven, all the cookware and kitchen supplies you could possibly want. The entire south wall is glass opening onto a full width balcony.
A large section sofa faces the view. The dining table seats 10 also with views. A gas fireplace provides a cozy glow. The entire upper level offers bamboo flooring. The 2nd level has 2 bedrooms with the most comfortable beds we've experienced, with the 3rd bedroom offering bunk bed and sleeper sofa. Pets are allowed with a deposit and there is a $75 cleaning fee per visit. Winter and weekly rates are available.

Why the Owner Chose Netarts
Walk the beach to Oceanside, 2 miles and explore the "tunnel to the other side" lunch or dinner at Rosanna's (scrumptious!), crab and clam from the beach, walk to Netarts (10 minutes) for fresh crab and oysters at Josi's Market, check out the funky and friendly Lex's Cool Stuff shop, hike the spectacular Cape Lookout Loop (5 miles), enjoy wood fired pizza with a full bar at Schooner's, 15 minutes on the beach or drive to Tillamook for shopping, Blue Heron Cheese Factory serving the best clam chowder on the coast with a wine bar, Taco carts on 101, Tillamook County Historical Museum is fantastic, and the Air Museum is enormous. Netarts and Tillamook County are less hectic than the more crowded towns to the north (Canon Beach, Seaside) or the south (Lincoln City).

Kent & Charity Haworth love the ocean. After years of visiting, looking and even purchasing a different beach house, they discovered Netarts in 2006. Away from the hustle and bustle of Hwy 101, with an incredible view of Netarts Bay, the Pacific Ocean and Cape Lookout, they purchased Bayhaven in 2007. They have shared their find with friends, family and strangers who have become repeat visitors. With miles of beach walking, hiking Cape Lookout, amenities such as Safeway, Freddies and a hospital just 15 minutes away in Tillamook, just 90 minutes from Portland, it is truly the perfect get-away.
