Welcome to our condo on beautiful Hutchinson Island, Florida. Third floor, corner view, no one above you, nothing between you and the beach except sand and palm trees. A walking path right around the corner leads you straight to the water. The condo has gorgeous sunrises and sunsets.
The condo is brand new. We were wiped out in the hurricanes of 2004. But we have fortunately recovered and are looking better than we were before. All new everything. Furniture, TV, Kitchen Appliances, Washer/Dryer, Bathroom, Tile Floors etc.
The condo offers basic cable and high speed broadband internet (cable) with a Wi-FI router and a Windows machine to use if you'd just like to leave your computer at home.
We are right across from the ninth hole of Ocean Village's lovely little par 3 golf course. We have golf passes and pool passes. Everyone who uses these facilities must have a pass and we have them for you.
A new restaurant in the Ocean Village clubhouse is also within walking distance. Just five minutes from our front door. So you have a golf course, a pool, a restaurant, a beach all within 5 minute walking. I've been down here plenty of times and stayed for a week without moving my car.
Without moving the car? Well I hope I can cook? That's right, you also have a full kitchen. Stop at the Seaway Market on the way out to Ocean Village and stock up on groceries. Our full size refrigerator will keep everything you need for a week, a month, or a year.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
There's a great hot tub at the pool area which I like to use in the evenings. My husband enjoys playing golf on the great little par 3 course. The tiki bar at the pool is delightful. And, well, I almost forgot, the beach of course. It's right outside our condo. Sunsets are another unique benefit of this condo. There is a delightful view of these from our kitchen window.

My family has owned this condo since Ocean Village was developed in the 70's. With the recent hurricanes we've had the opportunity to bring it into the 21st century. My husband and I live in Orlando and love to come down to Fort Pierce. We just don't do it often enough. I hope you will enjoy our condo as much as we do.

Dear Summer and Steve, I can't thank you enough for your hospitality in allowing us to rent your condo on such short notice. We had an incredible time. Your condo has views to die for, and sitting in the swing on the porch listening to the ocean waves, gentle breeze -- was one of the most relaxing things I've done in years. My husband and two sons enjoyed themselves fishing off the beach and loved the very convenient golf and tennis amenities. I enjoyed power walking throughout the complex. I can't say enough good things about your condo and our stay. We ate at local restaurants near Ft. Pierce inlet, went to the local flee market, then would come home and relax. We took special care of your condo because we hope to return very soon and that you'll accept us as renters again. Best always to you!!! and thank you!
