As soon as you enter our patio through wrought iron gate you are greeted by cacti, flowering shrubs and hummingbirds. Sit and relax at the table and chairs under an umbrella and take in the sparkling salt water pool and spa across the lawn, the club house and fitness center, the large gas BBQ all within a stone's throw.
Open the front door. A Venetian lamp lights the doorway to the bedroom which opens onto the patio. White shutters are open to the sun or closed for privacy. You have your own bath, closet and HDTV. Proceed upstairs to the charming living room. Glance out the large window which frames a view of the San Jacinto mountains. Take a nap on the velvet sofa in front of the fireplace or watch a film on the large HDTV. The round dining table is adjacent to the kitchen nearby. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with service for 8.
Leave the living room and walk up an external stair case to the large roof top terrace with fireplace, table and chairs, umbrella and lounge chairs make this another stunning place for private rest and relaxation. The views of the mountains are spectacular.
Back inside walk down the hall to the serene and comfortable master bedroom. The master bath and shower are equally beautiful and commodious. A writing desk and large chair complete the master retreat.
There is a 2-car garage and a washer and dryer on the entry level.

Why the Owner Chose Villorrio
We felt Villorrio was one of the most beautiful complexes in the city. The gardens and the architecture of the complex is gorgeous and impeccably maintained. The area is serene and close enough to down town to either walk or drive.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium Town Home
We like to walk. There are many walking and biking trails in-city and of course many beautiful hikes in the area. Hiking in the Palm Canyons is always our favorite at any time of the year. We also love Joshua Tree National Park. For something different, you can take a ride in the funicular to the snow and build a snowman!
