Our average snowfall is 400" per year. There is plenty of great Utah snow to ski or board in. Come visit us in Brian Head.

Year Purchased: 2006
My family and I purchased the property in Brian Head when we fell in love with the area and all it has to offer. I live part time in Mesquite, NV and also in Montana. We love to ski and snowboard at Brian Head because of the great terrain and the family friendly atmosphere.
Why the Owner Chose Brian Head
This condo unit has a great view of the slopes. We are able to walk to the chairlift and practically ski to the condo. The amenities are nice with pool table, ping pong and jacuzzi all in the clubhouse. The complex is very well taken care of by the property managers. We love it here and hope to be able to spend more time here.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
On July 4th the fireworks are lit off right in front of the condominium. It is spectacular. The city park is a very short distance from the condo in the summer and in the winter the bonfire and hot chocolate is at the city park.
