  We (my husband, my daughters, 19 and 15 and I) stayed at the appartement for 8 days and we didn't regret it a single moment! The room are great for four people, the kitchen is well equipped and in the livingroom is a big TV with various channels. The washingmachine and the dryer in the garage were easy to handle. The property was clean and well-maintained. The Check-in and check-out were very relaxed and problem-free. It was very easy to get in contact to the owner and she answered our questions promptly. There are two big supermarkets and vaoiuos eating-places within walking distance. With the car you only need 15 minutes both to the centre of Hollywood with all the exciting sights and to Santa Monica and Venice Beach. I would recommend this property definitely to my friends and relatives! We were all very sad, when we had to leave and we try to come back someday!

  Wonderful Property my business partner an I stayed here for 2nights Great location with the highways being right by you. Nice shopping center with a Nordstrom and Macys. Very Clean and well furnished....had all amenities ready to go. The bathroom could use a little renovation but that's about it. Overall a solid 9/10

  Very spacious, comfortable, and charming apartment in great location! Tucked away on a quite cud-de-sac but still offers easy access for exploring all of the best parts of LA. Our experience was perfect - highly recommended!

  Perfect location to everything... House was great stay was great. I plan on being back in LA soon and will be looking forward to staying in the triplex unit again.

  Wonderful unit - clean, elegant, very fairly priced, in a very good part of Los Angeles (easy access to numerous parts of the city). A friendly and responsible landlord who remains in good contact, takes very good care of her property and is easy to reach. Everything went very smoothly, and I would happily rent here again.

  The location of the apartment is really good. Not far from highway and beach. Enough space, good interior equipment and clean. Would stay again in this apartment.

  From plus side: location was good. Size / price ratio not bad. Some minuses: highway and air conditioner noise were a bit higher than expected. Cleaning could also have been better - under the beds there was a lot of dirt - dust, webs, dead insects. Some renovation would't heart - especially bathroom.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car.

  Owner response: I'm glad the size, location and price was good. Sorry to hear about the cleaning. I don't check it in between each & every guest and we could have had a housekeeper make an additional cleaning if you were unsatisfied (had I known). I do try really hard to keep things in good shape & appreciate the feedback.

  We stayed at this property for over a month. It is in a great West Los Angeles area with immediate accessibility to both th 405 and 10 fwys. Despite its proximity to those fwys., it is in a quiet, traffic free cove. The bus lines pick-up about a block away so you could easily get-away with no car. There are also a couple of grocers, many restaurants both chain and local favorites all within walking distance. The property owner, is a pleasure to work with and very accomodating. She has several properties in the area so I would encourage individuals to first contact her if you are needing accomodations in the WLA or Santa Monica areas as she has a variety of properties to meet various needs. The apartment was well stocked with cookware, towels, and extra bedding and definitely met our needs. This is not a tiny, stuffy, apartment. The lay-out is open with higher ceilings and the apartment was immaculate when we arrived. I would only advise all visitors to use the garage. While this is a very safe area of Los Angeles, NO area is Los Angeles or Southern California for that matter is safe from car break-ins. I did not have any specific break-in experience at this apartment, but I used to live here, and I continue to travel here frequently so I cannot overstate the value of a garage in L.A. Also, parking enforcement is everpresent in L.A., and if you're not from the area, you may not be familiar with all of the parking laws. Bottom line, I LOVED having no parking woes and knowing my vehivcle was safely tucked away each evening and I would advise others to do the same.

  I spent a week in this house with my sisters and we had an awesome time! House is clean, nicely decorated and the owner made sure we did not lack anything. I will probably rent with the same owner if I need another vacation home.

  I got this place last minute on our vacation to LA from Canada, and Kathryn has been nothing but accommodating to us. The place is fantastic, close to everything, quiet clean neighborhood, and will definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing stay in LA, while being near Hollywood and all the attractions along with Venice beach which is only 5 minutes away, I'm coming back to this place hopefully in the summer time if it's available.
