This is a LARGE, updated condominium in the heart of River Run Village. It is furnished to standards above and beyond those set by other units in this ski resort. Our condo is personally decorated with the goal to make it feel like home. This condo is truly unique in its location, size, and accommodations, and is one of only a few one bedrooms with a King size bed. A short walk through the Village will take you to a brand new, state of the art, eight person gondola. The base of the mountain has been newly renovated, offering easier skier access. One can ski all the way into the village, and on occasion, can ski all the way to Arapahoe Lodge door front!
Arapahoe lodge is located in the heart of River Run Village. Just outside our doors, you can find world class shopping, dining, and outdoor activities. In summer months, Keystone is well known for its natural beauty, world class fishing, biking, golfing, and hiking. In winter, Keystone offers the largest ski area in Summit County, and is the only resort that offers night skiing. The snow is abundant, light, and always excellent!

Why the Owner Chose River Run, Arapahoe Lodge
Keystone is the perfect year round vacation destination. Being the largest ski area in Summit County, it has perfect terrain for all skiers. It is known for having excellent snow, and has protected terrain, which shields it from excessive wind. Keystone is the only major ski area in Colorado which offers night skiing, so our ski days are automatically extended by 25%. During summer, Keystone is known for its natural beauty, quiet atmosphere, and world class mountain and road biking. There are two excellent golf courses in the community, and lots of opportunity for horseback riding, fishing, and other outdoor activities.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our condominium is in the Arapahoe lodge. This lodge is in the center of the Village, with easy foot access to ski lifts, restaurants, and other activities. The building has a large, private hot tub, and is connected to the heated, outdoor pool and two other large hot tubs. Our condo faces away from the village, so we are not bothered by noise from the village. The unit is the largest one bedroom in the building. The common living area is larger than those found in two and three bedroom units, so we can spread out and enjoy ourselves without feeling crammed. The furnishings are upgraded, and beds are VERY comfortable. This place truly feels like home.
Activities in the summer. Skating and Ice Hockey in Winter. Great for "off mountain" activities.

Our family has owned and LOVED this condominium since 2006. We have updated the furnishings, which gives it a personal feel. This is one of only a few one bedrooms in Keystone with a King size bed, which is very comfortable! This condo is within a short walk to the ski lifts, and if the walkways were not cleared of snow, you could actually ski in and ski out! The condo is in the heart of the River Run Village, so access to restaurants, coffee shops, and all activities is very easy. It overlooks a quaint courtyard with views of the pool and the mountains in the background, so it is much quieter than units facing the center of the village. The unit is the largest one bedroom in the building, with over 700 square feet of space for you to spread out and enjoy. It has a large, six person dining table, as well as a new, upgraded, very comfortable sofa bed. This unit is significantly nicer than other units in Keystone area. You must see and experience it for yourself.
