You absolutely cannot beat the location! The quiet end of Main Street, downtown Breckenridge! Right across the street from the gondola. Right next to the "Steak and Ribs" restaurant, directly across the street from the 'Blue River Bistro' and 'Daylight Donuts' Restaurants.
So much better than ski in/ski out! You are not only 40 odd yards from the Gondola, but you are in downtown Breckenridge! You absolutely do not have to get into your vehicle once you arrive - walk to restaurants, bars, clubs, etc.! This is the closest complex to the Gondola! Although the complex has no amenities the Breckenridge Recreation Center is within walking distance. It is a state of the art recreation center.
Hardwood floors, fully equipped kitchen with new stainless/black appliances, all new bathroom fixtures, 32-inch LCD Television, Fireplace, new queen-size sofa sleeper with 6" mattress, queen-size bed in the bedroom with pillow top mattress, separate dinning area. Unit will sleep four comfortably!
There are 5 pictures on this page. One of the pictures is of the new gondola taken from the complex terrace. The gondola opened to the public December 31st, 2007. There are 121 fully enclosed cabins with stops at Peak 7 & Peak 8. The transit time to Peak 8, the 2nd stop is 7.5 minutes (Additional detail information on Gondola can be found at Breckenridge website).
Also the bus depot is right across the street, next to the gondola, and has shuttles to all the Breckenridge mountain bases and also has buses to Keystone, A-Basin, Copper as well as Frisco and I believe just about anywhere in Summit county.
