This beautiful Villa is an enchanting property of 340 sq.metres, situated on the top of a private hill, surrounded by gardens with olive-groves and orchards, in one of the most exclusive areas of Versilia,with a gorgeous panorama on the Tyrrhenian Sea coast - 7 km far -. The Villa is the ideal place to spend a period of relaxing and quiet holiday, far from the noises and at the same time at few kilometers from famous holiday resorts as Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi. It was recently restructured by Silvia,the owner,with her tuscan taste. The villa is so composed:
on the groundfloor a 22 sq.metres large kitchen,a 25 sq.metres diningroom with fireplace,both in front of the large garden with ocean view,barbecue,gazebo for 14 people,2 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.
First floor: a 40 sq.metres living room with fireplace,Tv sat,internet wireless connection,a large panoramic terrace with ocean view,3 double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms ensuite,all airconditioned,a laundry room.
Second floor: 2 double bedrooms all airconditioned with 2 ensuite bathrooms,2 panoramic terraces with ocean view
The private swimmingpool is 8.00 X 5.00 metres and has salt water,without chemical chlorine

The Cottage has been a real surprise for us! We were 4 of us,2 children We would recommend it because it worked to perfection: the strategic position of the villa, Italian style furnishings, a magnificent view. The owners are friendly and were helpful with their advice on the choice of restaurants (which are excellent in the area) and the beach. We went to a beautiful beach in Lido di Camaiore, "Bagno Cavallone" and some mornings to "Bagno Paradiso" in Viareggio,this is less beautiful but less expensive too...Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We spent two great weeks at 'The Rustico'. It was a really lovely place, and the only sounds we heard were the crickets and the birds! There was a wonderful view of the sea, the Tyrrhenian islands and the steep mountains down the coast. The house was very comfortable, well-furnished and well-equipped. We shall never forget our candlelit dinners on the patio! The owners, Marino and Silvia, welcomed us warmly on our arrival but kept a low profile during our stay though they gave us a lot of useful information about where to go and what to see and do. The house was very clean. We warmly recommend this place.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children.

The Villa was absolutely amazing. It more than exceeded our expectations. The overall grounds were breathtaking, and all details were perfect,the view on the coast ( expecially from the pool!) was terrific. Large, spacious, and quintessential Tuscan style, mixung old world charm with all the modern ammenetied one could desire. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was the best place ever seen! I would reccomend the Villa to anyone looking for a place to stay in Tuscany! We would encourage them to stay there, it is perfectly situated in Tuscany (proximity to Lucca,Pisa,Cinqueterre,Apuan Alps,Florence), and the grounds and accomodations were breathtaking! I have already encouraged three future travelers to look this place up and to try to book it for their accomodations. Don't forget to ask the owners for one-day cruise on their sailing boat!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

About the owner: Once the property was the summer holidays refuge of Silvia's parents and in 2006 we transformed it in vacations rental Houses. It lies few km far from the sea,but from here we can see the whole day the tyrrenian coast - we couldn't survive without the sea! We love sail and travel

In the hot days of tuscan summer You can lay around the pool,reading a book or resting on the amaca.
