Why the Owner Chose Tampa
I chose this location because it is close to everything and still affordable. also because it has beautiful gardens and pools with a fitness club and a entertainment center. it is close to the white sand beaches which i adore. the dolphins. pelicans and the warm temperature of the Gulf of Mexico are for me the upper most delight!!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Centrally located and still a country side feeling with the lucious gardens i enjoy the peaceful view from the terrace while enjoying breakfast etc.. going to one of the pools for a nice quiet healthy swim. Being minutes away from every activities and beaches in Tampa Bay area . I just love spending my vacations there. it is my little place in paradise..

My wife and I have stayed in many condos in Florida and this is probably one of our 2 favorite places to stay. It's quiet location away from the usual chaos, easy access from airport, good amenities, and great bedrooms and pool make it a very comfortable and fun gateway. The landlord is very nice (thank you Fran!!) WE WILL BE BACK!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

My husband and myself spent a whole month in Palmera . we were so lucky to find this convenient condo. Very clean and lovely place in a great location. not to forget the friendly house keeper. she was very helpful during our stay..We will be back that's fer sure !.. We highly recommend it to anybody who loves comfort.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.
