Located in beautiful Oceanside Village in Surfside Beach, South Carolina. The Village consist of 200 acres complete with indoor and outdoor pools, and two kiddy pools, basketball court, volleyball court, soccer goal, softball field, fenced playground area for small children and fishing lakes.
Our gated community also features 24 hour security. Also private parking for your car or golf cart with beach access, complete with private restrooms and outside showers.
The villa is located only a few minutes to the beach and pools. It is equipped with all the convenience of home, except dishwasher. The unit has two bedrooms with queen-size bed, two single beds and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Two bathrooms, one with tub and one with shower. There are two TVs with cable, DVD, full-size washer and dryer. The villa has central air conditioning.
The unit has a large deck located off the kitchen-den area for your morning or evening enjoyment. It is furnished with table, chairs, and barbecue grill. After a long day at the beach you will enjoy!
Pets are permitted (fenced in yard).
For your convenience golf carts can be rented at the front office.
We asks that you provide your own towels, paper products, etc. We provide the linens however, if you would like to bring your own linens that is your choice. We ask that you leave the home in the condition that you found it since there is no maid service.
