Beautifully Decorated Four Bedroom Home with three Full Baths. Very Large and open family area on the main floor featuring a Fireplace and Wet bar. Screen Porch seats 12 for a relaxing evening or afternoon watching the golfers go by. Also enjoy your view of the marsh.
Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. Local seafood is close by and always available. Each bedroom features either King or Queen bed. Three bedrooms offer a private balcony.
This well kept home comes with the use of a family sized golf cart, bikes for all ages, beach chairs and floats.
For the fisherman we have a cleaning station.
For the golfer enjoy the Davis Love designed Ocean Creek course or the Ocean Point course with its Ocean View shots.
The beach is a 5 minute stroll or a quick golf cart ride.
For the kids enjoy one of the two playgrounds with climbing toys, basketball, volleyball and more.
The whole family will enjoy bike rides around the island; there is plenty of wildlife to see!
Also available are rental bikes, boats, jet-skis, kayaks, and golf carts.
Amenity Cards are included in this rental (without them you cannot access pools, restaurants or golf courses).
Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV and DVD player.
