Why the Owner Chose Park Shore
My family and I bought this home to live and be close to the white sandy beaches of Naples. We vacation there as well and were excited to share our piece of paradise with others. Location is the key to a fun and relaxed vacation and living west of the rt 41 allows the time spent here more enjoyable avoiding traffic of the season. Truly a surprise purchase on our part.
The Unique Benefits at this Single Family
There is nothing more relaxing than sitting on the patio or in the living room, with french doors open to the pool area and gazing out at the green tropical gardens surrounding our sparkling pool and hearing the trickling of water dripping out from the clay water feature. It truly calms your senses while smelling the honeysuckle aroma from the tiny flowers budding from the gardens. A hawk family going over head as you hear the soothing sounds of nature.
7 minute walk to beach access located on Park shore Dr and Gulfshore BLvd. Venetian Village located at the same intersection of beach access.
