The Unique Benefits at this House
Our beach house is located on a stretch of A1A surrounded by a State Park on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. The beaches are wonderful and not crowded. We are just 10 min to historic St. Augustine, FL where you will find many fun things to do and see. The dining is very good (don't forget to try the local minorcan chowder). There are hiking trails, boat ramps for the intracoastal and a nature center at the State Park a short one mile away. Ponte Vedra Beach, home of the TPC golf tournament is just 20 min north.

Nice decor. Comfortable and relaxing atmoshpere. It is right on the beach! Close proximities to golf and St. Augustine. A real bargin and can't wait to get back!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, pet owners, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

The owners are so accomidating and helpful. The house is very clean and well kept. It felt like home. We were happy to find that every thing we could possibly need was there as far as kitchen and bath amenities. Also any possible outdoor activities and equiptment were there also. The photos of this house do not do it justice it is beautiful and all you could hope for in a vacation rental. St. Augustine is minutes away and a charming and historical place to visit. As recomended by the owners Osteen's provided us with the best shrimp that we have ever eaten and if you are in the mood for somthing hearty and out of the realm of fish visit Meehan's Irish pub. Incredible food but order sparingly their portions are huge. We also enjoyed the Guana Natural park education center and trails that lead to the intercoastal waterways. Quite a bit of St. Augustine as well. All around an amazing vacation and I would urge anyone to rent this house and enjoy the graciousness of the owners.
