  This property is everything we envisioned for our relaxing summer getaway and more. The owner’s description is extremely accurate. The home is in a private, serene setting and is also close to beaches, shopping, dinning, etc. We were very impressed with the home from the moment we opened the door, as it is tastefully decorated and very clean. We rented this home as a place to stay that led up to our daughter's wedding. (Some of our favorite pictures were taken in the new sunroom. The room was breathtaking.) The owner’s communication is outstanding; the owner is very personable and informative. We highly recommend this five star home to anyone looking for a great Cape experience.

  I have been meaning to email you to tell you what a wonderful time we had last week. Your house is lovely and all of the resources (maps, menus, etc.) you left were so helpful. It was so nice to have our dog with us. She LOVED running on the beach!

  I wanted to let you know we had a wonderful 3 days at your home. The kids LOVED the beach. The deck, bbq, amenities were perfect. We tried to take care of everything as if were ours..I hope we did everything you would want us to!

  Please know we had a very nice extended weekend at New Seabury made all the more enjoyable by our stay at your lovely home. Our only regret was that we did not have a few more days, but there is always next year. D&S

Spring Rates: April 1400.wk  May 1500.wk June 2100.wk 250-350. weekend night
Fall: Sept 5-Nov 2. 1800. wk   275. weekend night
$500 security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of departure,
provided the property is left in the same condition it was found.
Off/season rentals:$150./week cleaning fee.
Summer rentals, $175-200. cleaning fee.
