New Seabury is situated between beautiful Ockway and Waquoit Bays, to be explored by land or sea. Boat and Kayak rentals are available 1/4 mile away from the house at the New Seabury Marina. Walk to Popponesset Spit or ride to South Cape beach, only 5 minutes away. Bike rentals 1 mile away. Exercise options 5 minutes away. Within New Seabury you can explore by foot or bike, on trails, quiet roads or three miles of beachfront. Five golf courses are only minutes away, more within 20 minutes. Small shops and free concerts can be enjoyed at the Popponesset Marketplace inside New Seabury. Try great surf fishing off South Cape Beach or famous Popponesset Spit. Mashpee offers weekly guided walks in their various conservation areas. Shopping and more restaurants are five minutes away at beautifully designed and nationally renowned Mashpee Commons, more shopping in Falmouth & Hyannis.
