Located in beautiful New Seabury, an oceanfront resort in the town of Mashpee, our contemporary post and beam Cape sits at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Our attractive home has been completely redecorated and refurnished. You will get to enjoy our beautiful new sunroom added winter 08 and a new private deck.
Enjoy your meals outside on our private deck, separate stone and landscaped patio, or at one of the 5 on site restaurants within New Seabury. New Seabury is situated between beautiful Ockway and Waquoit Bays, to be explored by land or sea. Boat and Kayak rentals are available 1/4 mile away from the house at the New Seabury Marina. Walk to Popponesset Spit or ride to South Cape beach, only 5 minutes away. Bike rentals 1 mile away. Exercise options 5 minutes away.
Within New Seabury you can explore by foot or bike, on trails, quiet roads or three miles of beachfront. Five golf courses are only minutes away, more within 20 minutes. Small shops and free concerts can be enjoyed at the Popponesset Marketplace inside New Seabury. Try great surf fishing off South Cape Beach or famous Popponesset Spit. Mashpee offers weekly guided walks in their various conservation areas.
Shopping and more restaurants are five minutes away at beautifully designed and nationally renowned Mashpee Commons, more shopping in Falmouth & Hyannis. We are conveniently located between Hyannis and Falmouth to catch hourly ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard.

2012 Rates: June 1900.wk July 2200. wk Aug thru Labor Day 2300./wk

$500 security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of departure,
provided the property is left in the same condition it was found.
Off/season rentals:$150./week cleaning fee.
Summer rentals, $175. cleaning fee.

This property is everything we envisioned for our relaxing summer getaway and more. The owner’s description is extremely accurate. The home is in a private, serene setting and is also close to beaches, shopping, dinning, etc. We were very impressed with the home from the moment we opened the door, as it is tastefully decorated and very clean. We rented this home as a place to stay that led up to our daughter's wedding. (Some of our favorite pictures were taken in the new sunroom. The room was breathtaking.) The owner’s communication is outstanding; the owner is very personable and informative. We highly recommend this five star home to anyone looking for a great Cape experience.

I have been meaning to email you to tell you what a wonderful time we had last week. Your house is lovely and all of the resources (maps, menus, etc.) you left were so helpful. It was so nice to have our dog with us. She LOVED running on the beach!
