I reserved 3 studios with the Studios on 25th for family members meeting for a week to celebrate my daughter's college graduation. I really wasn't sure what to expect because when I googled the address it showed a building under construction. I made the reservations online, and by phone, from out of state. The management and staff was very pleasant to work with and were very accommodating in a special request I made to have at least one room on ground level for 90 year old relatives. We were given 3 rooms side by side which worked beautifully. The studios were well decorated, well stocked and very comfortable and functional. The location is the best, anything you might need is nearby: restaurants, shopping, groceries but this neighborhood just off Peachtree is quiet and residential. We had one unfortunate turn of events while there; one of the toilets' gaskets started leaking and we could hear running water being wasted. Management was quick to respond and get it fixed. Most places wait until you check out to get to minor repairs but these guys didn't wait around. I hesitate to say this but if you are looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place to stay for a week, or more, in the Atlanta Buckhead area, then try this place. I hesitate because I hope they don't get so well known and appreciated that I won't be able to get reservations on my next visit. I will return.
Owner response:Dear Terry - we certainly enjoyed hosting you and your family! Thanks for the positive reveiw and for calling our attention to the running toilet. We've made energy efficieny and environmental responsibilty a top priority in our business so we can pass those savings on to our guests. Don't worry about future availability - we'll have 8 more apartments finished and ready for guests as soon as July so you'll have plenty of room for your next stays. Sincerely: Paul, David, and Geoffrey.

i had the privilege of staying here for just over a month and, now that i've been home a few weeks, i actually miss the place, that's how much i enjoyed my stay. the bed was super comfortable. the kitchen, while small, was very well equipped and versatile. the wireless internet was pretty speedy and the cable TV had a few hundred channels including a number of premium movie stations and even included a DVR. after just a couple of days i had settled into the apartment and was happy to come home to it after long rehearsal days. there's plenty of daylight during the day, which is a big plus for me. all in all, i really enjoyed my stay and would gladly return any time.

I was pleasantly surprised....the accommodations were every bit as described in the listing...actually I thought even cuter...the space was super clean and well equiped. The neighborhood was very safe. It was a 2-3 minute walk up to the marta bus stop...with a 5 minute ride to the marta train station @ Art Center. I would highly recommend Tut Tut the Thai restaurant across the street from the bus stop...super cool vibe and really yummy food. My only suggestion would be to have ease of contact with a person...that was the only thing that made me uncomfortable...but that being said...everything went smoothly...from obtaining the key per email confirmation to checking in and out. All my communication was handled by email and the ability to speak with a person would have made me feel way more comfortable. But all in all, I would highly recommend...especially for the price! I've stayed at this property once before, and just as last time, this was a truly pleasant experience. Excellent location, beyond comfortable accommodations with everything one could possibly need, very stylish decor and warmth that makes you feel at home. My only fear is that it's such a wonderful place, it might become permanently booked up, hee hee.
Owner response:Looking forward to your next visit - we will keep a Studio open for you!

These apartments are in the exact center of the city, right off Peachtree Street with lots of restaurants and museums within waling distance. I stay here for business 3 weeks or more at a time because it's so comfortable - and the rates are so low my company wishes BCA would open more of these in other cities - it's a consultant's dream. All the furniture and bedding is clean, new and being upgraded constantly with a cool style you're never get in a mid-priced hotel let alone at this incredible deal. I've met several other long-term guests and everybody says the same thing: "I wish they'd open more of these in other cities!" I hope you guys do.
Owner response:Thank you for staying with us! Hope to have some good news for your soon about more locations!

We stayed while visiting family. The property was clean and well maintained and in a fairly quiet location. The bed seemed a little smaller than expected for a queen size, but my husband is over 6 ft tall. The wireless internet was great. The check in and check out process was smooth. The free parking was appreciated. There is a grocery store within walking distance. We would stay here again.

we really enjoyed our stay. the cleanliness of ikea is evident, the color/design coordination appealing. we did find that the amount of moisture the unit held is incredibly high, not only after a shower. there were 2 items which i thought would be useful: a broom and dustpan, a baking dish. otherwise, everything supplied was perfect. location: central shower: water temperature slow but understand it is being worked on

Overall this was a great experience. My main reaction is that whoever took the pictures to advertise the place needs a bonus! I knew this place was older and had been remodeled, but it was definitely not as represented in the pictures. It was smaller and older than it looked in the pictures. The remodeling seemed to mainly be in the furnishings, which were not high quality. But again, overall a good place to stay and I think it was reasonable considering how close it was to all the things we wanted to do during our stay. Wifi did not work. Shower head was terrible - it took 2x as long to take a shower. The utensils were funny, they were super short handled and I couldn't imagine having to use them for an extended stay. We paid a discounted rate which included a cleaning fee but were expected to take out our own trash when we left. I thought that was kind of funny. It wasn't a big deal I just thought that would be included in the fee?!? Kind of tacky if you ask me. Anyway, on the plus side, the place was nice and clean and when we reported a problem with the linens it was addressed immediately. So - if you're looking for a nice cheap place this is definitely awesome. If you're looking for something a little more high class this might not be it.
Owner response:Since this property is not a Hotel but a private studio apartment, our guests get the lowest possible rates we can offer and a neat and clean studio apartment when they arrive, partly because we do ask that guests take their trash out to the the dumpster before it begins to smell as a courtesy to the next guest. We were surprised to hear that someone felt this was "tacky". The studio apartments are in fact "studio" apartments meaning that this is a 1 room combined living & sleeping area with an efficiency kitchenette and a private full bathroom exactly as shown in the pictures. There are no additional hidden rooms. Typical hotel rates in the area for a similar apartment size are more than double the cost of staying in our studio apartment. We cater to the type of person who enjoys the outstanding value that so many of our former guests have raved about.

I've never tried a VRBO property before but if this apartment is any indication - we're hooked! You can't beat the value or location of this apartment. My wife and I loved staying here and couldn't believe how nice it is for the money. You guys have done a fantastic job balancing the quality of your renovation of an older building yet still keeping the rates so affordable. I normally stay in hotels for business but took a chance on this apartment since we're considering a relocation to Atlanta and needed to stay more than a week. We liked the neighborhood so much and all the nearby restaurants that we've decided to look for a home within a few blocks when we're ready to move. A special thanks to Kevin & the owners for all the help you offered during our stay. It's great to feel like we already have friends there. You've all done a great job - we'll definitely recommend it to all of our friends and my business colleagues!

First, the Good -- The Studio was nice and a great value. It was in a nice, older, quiet neighborhood. It was in an older building that had been redone nicely. It was roomy and the bed was very comfortable. I had business near the CNN center and it was only a short drive away. The Bad -- The wireless internet never worked and that is a requirement for anywhere I stay. Also, the shower head was so bad it was un-usable. I was forced to take a bath and at my age that is not a good thing. It is very difficult to get up and down in a small bathtub. However, that is not the real problem. the REAL problem is that I attempted to call and email numerous times to get these problems resolved and NEVER got a return call or email. I was there for three nights. I called and left a message every day and emailed several times. Up to this day, I have never heard back from anyone. I have a VRBO myself and have ALL my numbers, including my cell phone, posted on the fridge. No excuse. However, this being said, if these problems had been addressed within a reasonable time, I would have given five stars. Perhaps you will have better luck.

Hi there !! A friend and I (two females in our 20s) stayed at this apartment for a week long visit to Atlanta from London.I've quite a lot to say so ill break it down! Advantages : -Safe area and its close to everywhere we wanted to visit i.e the mall which is a 30min bus ride away, a little IHOP (whoop, whoop!) and the clubs which would cost us around $10-15 each return in cab fare. -Safe area to walk around in in the evening In comparison to where I stayed on a previous trip three months before. (Believe me this apartment really was an upgrade from staying at the Sheraton Downtown Atlanta which is right next to a homeless shelter!!) -Loads cheaper than a hotel and money saving as you can cook your own food and have a fridge to keep all your groceries in! -Kroger supermarket and Boarders are just a walk away as is the bus stop ..and id recomend eating at the thai reseraunt with the tuk tuk at the entrance just up at the crossing! I loved the modern furnishings from IKEA! lol the picture of London and a red bus on the wall especially helped us feel at home! Disadvantages: -Pretty peeved that we didn't have a broom to sweep up with but we asked for one and got one delivered the next day.(Thanks guys!) - Lil problem with an over flowing toilet which was fixed the same day ,but I was a little upset with the fact we were left with the wet towels after!!-But we got to grips with laundry room which was a God send and it only cost $2 to get all our stuff clean and completely dry! - heater that smelt like burning when we put it on,setting off the fire alarm and being attacked by a moth a couple of times -(ahh comical moments!lol) Our stay was good ,and I am actually looking to book with you again for next year ! Yes I agree the shower head is annoying and strange ..but hey it still provides you with a hot shower in the morning! Id say the only thing that's frustrating is where the keys to your apartment are when you first arrive (your directions had me wondering around the massive parking lot on my own looking for the key box!Grrr!) Plus the office was a lil confusing to find on our first day -these could be made ALOT easier for your first timers ...but when I come back ill know were everything is ! Thanks for such a nice and comfortable bed and the wide screen tv with the cable! twas fun! P.S can we have a radio or a speaker dock please its not fun getting dressed for a night out in silence/to the tv:-D

I stayed at Studios on 25th for a week while on business. The unit was very clean, with modern furniture throughout. The unit even had a fully equipped kitchen which is great for cooking a quick meal. I would highly recommend Studios on 25th for your next visit to Atlanta. The staff is very courteous and willing to help if needs arise. The amenities inside the unit are second to none, especially when considering the price.

I've stayed in every area of Atlanta at several chain and boutique hotels. This property exceeded all past stays in the city. Everything was in excellent condition, the area is a central but quiet location and the price cannot be beat. Just make sure you pack a pen to sign the contract upon check in!

Great location and accommodations! We had a problem with our sink and our TV but the staff was over within an hour to fix the problems. I would not recommend the ground floor units if light at night is an issue. Even with the blinds closed due to the outdoor lighting our unit was light at the night.

This property was chosen to host the HomeAway.com Truckster on its 3-month road trip across America. We enjoyed our experience here a lot! It's a very clean, comfortable apartment with everything you need for an enjoyable visit to Atlanta. It also has a great location where bars, restaurants and shopping are easily accessible by car or foot. It's close location to main attractions like the World of Coke and Atlantic Station made it extremely easy to visit them. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Atlanta on business or pleasure, you won't be disappointed!
Owner response:We loved hosting the HomeAway crew and their family Truckster! Thank you for the great review. Come back any time!

Worked perfectly for us, near the Amtrak station (good landmark for locals coming to visit). Remember to bring your own shampoo, maps, and cell phone. Would help to have in the unit local phone books, dish drying rack and rubber shower mat to prevent slips. Near MARTA bus with easy connection to the MARTA trains. Great attention to service: bathroom sink leak repaired the next day. Secure method for delivering keys even for late arrival.
Owner response:Glad you enjoyed your stay - thanks for the positive feedback and the extra tips!

This property is the best value I've ever found in Atlanta. The totally new renovation is great, nicely furnished and has a VERY comfortable bed and linens. The closest weekly/monthly studio with kitchenette was over $750 per week - this one's $450 and much more deluxe, in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Nothing else comes close!

This place is really great! It's a very short walk to groceries and restaurants, the High Museum and all the rest of Midtown. You get a LOT more for the money than all the other much higher cost hotels we looked at - even on a weekly/monthly corporate or AAA discount. The whole place was just renovated and all the furniture is brand-new and very stylish, nothing like a budget hotel, and the bed is really comfortable. I was VERY surprised by the quality because the price seemed too low to be safe in the middle of a big city - but it's just a great deal. The fully equipped kitchenette let us cook at home and save money for more fun things. Even the WiFi and parking are FREE. My wife and I loved staying here and will definitely recommend it to everyone we know.
